Looking for a quick bite to eat in the morning, a good choice is Panera Bread. They open early and have a decent selection of items and drinks. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of space to sit. The workers were nice.

10 years ago, this location was Paradise Bakery. It was a million times better than today's Panera. Back then, students and regular people would come here to eat and study, and hang out, it was always busy. The prices weren't bad, the food was good, and the bread was made in-house and fresh. Since it became Panera Bread and since COVID, it's gone downhill significantly. Not only do you no longer interact with anyone working there because you're forced to use screens to order, but when you do have to interact with them (when you pick up your food), they're always indifferent, moody and careless with customers. The woman with curly black hair and tattoos is very arrogant with regular folks, but surprisingly nice with anyone important (professors) and people of a particular race. Not cool, especially since it's, located at U of A, where dozens of students from various backgrounds study. The food is okay, like I said previously, everything was so much better before. The prices aren't cheap and the tables are hardly clean. Everyone working here hates their job and apparently, their lives since they take out their frustrations with customers.

Good stand by for breakfast! Panera offers menu variety from sweets to healthy options. Enjoyed oatmeal topped with strawberries and pecans along with a shake of cinnamon. Delicious! Staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. Kudos to the team.

This place is utterly disgraceful and blatantly discriminates against deaf people (like me). I came to pick up my food... when i mentioned my name, a worker said something I couldn't understand , and despite my requests, she flatly refused to write anything down. I was left waiting for a ridiculous 15 minutes, only to be told through lip-reading that they were out of the food I ordered. Their lack of accommodation and respect is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs and take your business somewhere that values all customers.

When my order arrived, it look like someone took a bite of my pickle. I called Panera and sent a picture of how it looked and spoke to Paulette. They offered to remake my lunch and was not able to refund me. It was not a big catering order but the lack of customer service is pretty disappointment.

I think the one star review deserves explanation. I keep ordering from them for delivery and I shouldn't. I have yet to receive an accurate order. There is always something missing. While missing a bag of chips should not be considered a bad experience, it happens every time I order. I don't know if it's because it's on campus and they hire only students and the generation working just does not care? Every time I order, my daughter says don't! They never get order correct. The time before this, I was missing a bag of chips and I finally reached out to customer care. They gave me a credit on my account. Today I ordered lunch for several people. I had some hot items and some items to be kept as cold as possible. There was one big bag. I thought great. I picked up bag and it was wet. I opened bag and found lid of soup up off seal. It had spilled a lot of the soup on bottom of bag and soaked through the sandwich. I was pretty aggravated. The salad looked good but I asked for fruit cup which wasn't in bag, neither were 2 bags of chips. It's just frustrating that their employees don't care enough to bag things properly or make sure everything is there before they send it off. If it this was a one time thing, I wouldn't be in here giving a negative review. They need to do better with deliveries.

They need to hire competent help. Order taken incorrectly, window "Server" so rude. No silverware available @ 11:30 am. Window person threw plastic "silverware" on a plate with a rude comment. Sat down in a booth with wet seat cushions and left with a wet rear end. And it ONLY cost me $38.00 for this wonderful experience for 3 of us. Never Again!!!

Bread tasted like they poured a bucket of salt on it and some of it wasn't fully cooked I took a full bite of dough. This place was terrible and way to pricey and they didn't even have ranch what restaurant doesn't have ranch
