Panera Bread

OK, it looks like it's time for another update for this Panera location. It has gotten considerably better since my last review. My major gripe then was the cleanliness and that is way better than it used to be. It can get busy at times and they lag with some of the cleaning, but it gets cleaned up pretty fast after that. The staff is very friendly and the food is always ready punctually. I think the food tastes good enough. It's nothing that's gonna blow your socks off, but it's competent for a nice little lunch. You can find healthy salads and a tasty cup of soup. The tomato basil is very good. I have their sip club, which gives you a free beverage every two hours and I use that quite a few times a week. The coffee is not amazing but it's hot and in a convenient location for me while I drive back-and-forth through the city. All in all much better than it used to be.

It's a sad day for Panera. I just ate here last week and was so disappointed. I used to love Panera and would go at least once a month but now I don't even want to go back. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. The half sandwiches are more like two bites and they are not stuffed like they used to be.

I hadn't been to Panera in a few years. A friend had never been there so three of us headed to Panera after a morning of shopping.We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by this cheerful, sweet woman. We had lots of questions, partially because of the new menu. The greeter answered all of them, got our orders sorted out, and we went to find a table.I really like the new menu. I ordered 1/2 soup (street corn chowder) and 1/2 salad. One friend ordered a whole sanwich, 1/2 tomato soup and 1/2 mac n cheese. The other friend had a 1/2 sandwich and the street corn chowder.The corn chowder was so good! I wish I knew how to make it. Both friends liked their meals with one taking home 1/2 her whole sandwich and part of the her mac n cheese and tomato soup. The quality of the food was excellent.The only sad part was the bathroom. It really needs work. There are spots on the walls and divider where "things" have been pulled out of the metal. The corners on the floor and around the stall stanchions were pretty dirty. The bathrooms needs to be redone and kept clean.I'll go back - the new menu and food was worth it.

Loved the French dip sandwich yesterday ! Delicious ! Also a 1/2 salad. We will be going back. Service was great ! Next we will try the squash soup ! Looked great !

The people are nice... but if you want to draw people in, you need MUCH MUCH better coffee!! It really was horrible and I tried all offerings... I think they don't make it fresh and even if they do, they really need to change brands... I suggest going with a name brand like Peets. Lavazza or Medaglia D'OroEven Folgers Colombian is far superior to the dreck they serve!

Good Panera bread location. We went in around 2pm today, and it was pretty dead. I ordered a Green Goddess salad and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, all to go. I will say though: my first impression was just how understocked the bakery was. The employee at the register was very kind. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received our food. The bags were stapled shut though, so I couldn't double-check the contents.Took my meal home, and everything was fantastic; good ol' Panera. They also put utensils and napkins in the bag, which most places forget.Very nice, clean restaurant. I'd come back.

I always used to love Panera Bread. The chicken noodle soup and cranberry walnut chicken sandwich have been a favorite of mine. However, those items are not the same. The quality not there anymore. They must have changed vendors or something. The soup is different and not as great. The sandwich had a piece of chicken bone in it. This location is dirty and the heater must have been broken. It was frigid. There was also this creepy employee that kept walking past my table and staring at me and my daughter. It was an older man with a hoodie just walking around the restaurant and staring. Not coming back to this location.

The food was ok but the portion size was outrageous. I ordered a regular bacon mac n cheese expecting a normal mac and cheese size. My bowl was 1/3 if the way full and it was mostly just cheese soup. I think it lasted me 5 bites. I ordered it with bread on the side and the bread was cold and didn't come with butter, what am i supposed to do with this bread. Negative aura. L rizz.

The new Steak and Wake sandwich is good, although it's really a 1/2 sandwich in size like all of Panera's sandwiches now. The restaurant was dirty. Crumbs all over the floor, and many chairs were either covered in crumbs or greasy. I looked at six before I found a reasonably clean one. 1/3 of the tables needed wiping down. The outside tables were absolutely filthy. The windows needed cleaning also. There were no napkins at one service area but everything else was stocked. This location has really gone downhill in the past year. Just very poorly maintained, which indicates poor leadership.
