I purchased a bracelet and the seller didn't check to see if it fits me and I don't know about their sizing , so then I went back to exchange for a longer one and they wanted me to pay more money to exchange it because it wasn't on sale anymore , I had the receipt the card all you want I shouldn't be charged extra to exchange for sizing if in the first place I didn't get good customer service to fit the item , so I ended up returning and they lost the extra they wanted to charge the sale and a customer , I will not be buying here anymore and don't recommend , the quality is not even good they just charge extra for the brand and can't even give good customer service !

Ask for Nelson! Helped with the engraving process for my fiancés necklace and helped me pick the best chain/ charm to go with it. The staff and management are top tier better than any other location in AZ.

Staff super rude, I understand that there are customers looking but it's a bit time consuming, if I wanted to wait in line I would of just came into the store, they had three staff and there was a customer just looking for about 25 minutes, and when I politely let them know that I was just picking up the girl rolled her eyes and said when someone is available they will help you. Again I understand that they are helping others but they need to have a better system of pick up!! I love pandora and it's upsetting that the store here has no customer service!!

I honestly don't know what happened with that location the girls used to be so helpful... today 4 ladies working apparently but all talking together 10 mins later nobody notice me , I ask one of the girls for one thing in specific and she said we don't have it and turn around , I can't believe she didn't offer to prefer that for me online or anything else, I came back to her and ask normally you have almost everything from the catalog in the store , her answer was just completely dry a big NO and turn around again , manager didn't seem to care .... not everyone is made to work in customer service please make sure you hire the right personal .......

I love Pandora at the Tucson Mall!! Everyone that works there is so friendly and nice!! I definitely recommend going there!!

Service here is awful. Asia was not very cooperative. We wanted to exchange a bracelet. We had the original box and the invoice on the box (sticker) but she was not interested.If you need to go to Pandora, go to the one on La Encantada. The Tucson Mall sucks. Plus you're not allowed to browse. They kick you out of the store if someone is not directly helping you.

Worst Pandora I have ever visited. Nelson and his associate were extremely rude. Drove two hours to buy a charm and they decided to close the store early because he can (Nelson) slammed the door on my boys foot. He has Autism and didn't understand why this person was being so rude to his mom. Worst part is when someone is so rude and has no empathy at all to even listen to the fact that we drove from far, on top my kid gets his foot slammed and as he tried to open the door to get his foot out Nelson kept pushing to close it more because his rudeness was blinding him from seeing that he hurt my special needs son foot. Thanks for making such a horrible memory of our favorite store. Pandora represents memories, stories out of the pieces we create together and these guys just shouldn't be allowed to represent Pandora no matter how busy (which only had to clients inside and it was 6:47pm when the store closes at 7pm) or tired they are. A truly disappointing waist of time and gas. And I understand when stores have to close down. It was the rudeness and lack of customer service or appreciation that I am still shocked by. A truly awful experience.

2 employees during busy holiday season is just not good . I have been waiting in line and now in the store , so long that I have time to write this review. There is a line and the employees hardly even address you very rude. This store used to be much better. Last time I come here I will drive order on line or not get Pandora merchandise any more.

I went in to this location due to being close to my job! However will not go back as the customer service is horrible I had a charm break and they refused to replace so I ended up replacing my charm and paying full price. I never had this problem in Las Vegas as I have recently relocated! I even have a pandora credit card wow!!

This store has absolutely horrible, but horrible customer service and in store not even on the phone just in store. The woman I spoke to was absolutely rude and just terrible instead of helping she was just trying to make me feel stupid. Go to the park place Pandora, they treat customers way better.
