Stopped for a few gifts for my mom's birthday. Friendly staff as always and I appreciate the line outside so it's not so crowded inside while looking. Didn't wait longer than 5 minutes.

Stopped in to inquire about their Valentine's Day special and was immediately greeted by Samantha. She was very helpful and patient. She went above and beyond with her customer service. She needed to ask her manager a few questions (Corinna) and she was equally pleasant and helpful. I appreciate their awesome customer service and will for sure be back!!

My first time experience with thus Pandora location was definitely a good experience! I easily ordered my items for purchase online and when it was ready for pick up, I got a follow up email notification. The staff here are friendly, attentive and professional. My order was waiting all put together in a gift box I must say that it's very nice having a great experience with a brick & mortar retailer. I'll be seeing you all soon for more gift and charms

I drove across town to do an exchange after checking with yelp to see that the business was opening at 10 after standing outside for 10 minutes person inside finally acknowledged me to say that they were not on open for another half hour (11) oh so much for a fast and easy returns. I'm told their hours are always 11:00 and it's apparently off brand to have a sign stating some store hours. I feel the stick isn't far enough up my ass for this pretentious store, I expect once I complete this exchange I doubt I'll step foot in another store again. After dipping my toe into the Pandora world about two weeks ago I have discovered that they're shiny little bubbles can be procured elsewhere much cheaper.

Worst customer service EVER! And by the store manager...So I went into the pandora store at park mall when they had their last "spend 150 get a free bracelet" sale. The sales person said we only have one bracelet left. It happened to be the size I wanted. Perfect right??... Salesperson lays the bracelet next to me and we start finding charms. I have looked at almost every tray and have found 3 charms and I'm looking for my 4th. Just as I find it she takes the bracelet away gives it to the people across the counter from me and says " Sorry they were here first, they were just trying to decide if they wanted the bracelet. And they do now...WTH?? I have spent over 45 min picking out charms and you just now tell me this?? Now I have no bracelet, and all she says is "Sorry" are you kidding me?? I called to complain to the manager of the store only to find out it WAS the store manager who did it. I have alot of money invested in my pandora...I'm done! Terrible!!

I bought two bracelets and charms recently and the young lady who helped me was so kind and helpful. We were looking for items within a certain price range and she was so informative and mindful of our budget. I will definitely be returning.

No stars if I could butttt I can't, sooo I came during a busy time like 6pm and there's one combined line for people who are shopping & looking around and who have already placed orders and paid for them. Telling by how this is going I'm obviously the person who's order is waiting for pickup inside and I had already pre-paid online. Essentially I'm supposed to just walk in and pick up, but no now I'm standing in this incredibly long line WHEN MY ORDER IS ALREADY DONE. Like I don't understand why I have to wait so long in line waiting for other people who are just looking around when I already know what the fuck I want and it's already in a box and bag ready for me lol. Basically I'm pissed and annoyed and the girls are rude and I'm not just saying that because I'm irritated I'm saying this because it's true I'm nice to employees unless they're not nice to me I just think this whole system they have is stupid cause I'm wasting my time seriously was in this line for a long time like over 25+ minutes. I know everyone's experience is different but this is mine

lol this place sucks and the manager doesn't even care to be helpful. i visited the store recently and whoever was working left me hangin for 30 min and said i can't afford anything there. brb gonna go to gucci instead.
