Great fun for a little girl's day out or special occasion. The private party room is wonderfully decorated with lots of attention to detail. We had our grand daughter's 8 birthday celebration there. The only con is that the nail polish didn't last beyond 1 hour on the girl's and all they did was walk the mall afterwards.

Great experience while traveling back to Tucson!Only gave it 4 stars because there were only two people were working and they were swamped on a Friday in the middle of the day. Parking: Ample- as it's located in the Tucson Mall just off of Dillards and food court (downstairs).Prices: Reasonable for walk-ins and appointments, personalized services that are perfectly sized for little girls like my own (2nd grader). We just chose a basic manicure and while waiting she was invited to join another girl in decorating cookies that she was able to take home for $5 more. My daughter loved that her she was able to choose the scent of the water in with her hands were prepped in. She smelt lovely late into the evening. Options: Tons of options, just like an adult nail salon but with a lot more extra love and inclusiveness.My daughter's nail polish is still on and so is the glitter on top of them.

This place is wonderful! Took my daughter and my niece for her 3rd birthday, it was the cutest thing ever. They have really thought of everything. My daughter turned to me and said "I love it here!" We did the princess package and Jody was super great! They got to keep their dresses, got makeup, hair, nails done, and a crown. A fun little day date! Will def be back. If they did traveling parties I would totally be into booking for my kids and I know other moms would too!

Took my Goddaughter here for her birthday and right away the ladies were so friendly making her birthday extra special. A BIG THANK YOU to Jodee and Jazzy! You ladies made the birthday girl look even extra beautiful (then she already is) Great customer service! Would come again!

This was my first time taking my daughter and let me tell you it was the BEST experience! Tucson really needed a place like this and I'm so happy we finally have one. My daughter got the Princess makeover for her birthday. She LOVED every minute of it! The staff was wonderful! My daughter hasn't stop talking about how she Had so much fun! She keeps on asking me when I can take her back because it was so much fun! It truly made her birthday so special and I can't wait to take her back! I highly recommend Pam's fizzy factory 10/10

The host was great and my wife and daughter had fun. But the fingernail polish fell off quickly (within two hours of placement). I notified the owner via a contact form with no response. I don't want anyone else disappointed so I'm placing reviews. We had to repolish their fingernails for the start of school.

This place is magical! My daughter and her bestie loved it! We will be regulars after today, 10/10

Everything going was going nice until the owner sprayed my daughter directly in the face with body spray. What would possess the owner to spray an entire body, head to toe, with body spray? Especially not communicating/ensuring that eyes and mouth were closed?! I lifted my head to my child's blood curdling screams. Never again!!! Extremely baffled and the ordeal traumatized my daughter for long awhile.
