Paloma Art

I have had Paloma Art frame several pieces for me, and they came out beautifully, but that was over 10 years ago. Having recently moved back to Arizona, I took a large print in to be reframed. They made very good suggestions but the price was going to be over $800. This picture was an inexpensive piece so I said I could not spend that much. (this is where I should have walked out). So they removed the second mat and cut down the first mat and choose another, less expensive frame. The new price was $664.00, and once again I should have walked out. The small mat just doesn't look that great and I wish I had taken it to Michael's.

Cute cute shop! I had a very special piece of art framed here and it now hangs as a vocal point in my home! I love to come and look at the new imports when I can, the candles are to die for! The Tyler brand is all I ever buy now! Great place, good vibes, and very colorful... a must see!

This place had been great. Now the framer is using "these troubled times" as an excuse for shoddy work. They replaced a frame for me, and every item is crooked. That, together with the exorbitant price tag, is really maddening. I offered to buy the framer a level, as the one in his head is obviously uncalibrated by a mile.

Framed a small original work of art. They did not follow the instructions and permanently limited how the work could be displayed. I'd been a satisfied customer for about 20 years but one of the current owners, Ms. Sarnoff, was surprisingly rude and unprofessional in resolving their mistakes. I'd suggest to her to correct her demeanor if she hopes to have a more peaceful life and lose fewer customers.

Very nice local shop. I've had several items framed so far and they have all come out beautifully. Competitive prices on custom framing and a nice selection to chose from. Sylvia and Cindy make the whole process fun and take pride in the work they do.
