I recently needed to get a large, heavy and bulky piece of equipment packaged up and crated for shipping. I turned to Pak Mail and super happy I did. When I walked in, not quite knowing what to do, they reached out to me said it will be all right. And they took wonderful care of me and my equipment getting it all packed up and ready. I worked primarily with Sabrina and Chris at the Broadway store and they really went above and beyond! I would not hesitate to go back and use their services again and highly recommend you do as well. We're lucky to have these people here in Tucson!

Beware of this Packing company. I called them to have something shipped from Arizona to California. I specifically asked them if there's a pickup fee. They said no and that their packing and shipping fee will be $15 max. They ended up charging me a $50 pickup fee, and when i called them to ask about it, the supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional, accusing me a lying that their worker never told me it would cost $15. Ended up costing me over $60. I will never use this company ever again. Karma will come back to bite them

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were recommended by Rustica Fine Mexican Furnishing to ship a large $1,300 ceramic vase from Tucson to NY. At first they were efficient and persuaded me to pay upfront over $300 for a wooden crate to be built and insurance cover. When the shipment arrived the lid of the vase had not been bubble wrapped and was smashed into 20 pieces. Fortunately, the main body of the vase was intact because it had been adequately wrapped. The manager Chris Foster never apologised or accepted any responsibility and offered to submit an insurance claim. After I supplied all the necessary evidence and paper work for the insurance there was complete silence. Upon repeated calls, Chris Foster has never been available, always conveniently busy or away from the office, even after the staff promise he will return my call immediately. Now the company has not responded to my email or telephone requests in over 8 months. I have no idea whether an insurance policy was ever taken out or whether a claim was submitted. I have just been dumped, with a $1,300 broken vase that cannot be used. I hope that by posting this review someone at Pakmail will take responsibility and provide follow up on this this case. In the meantime caveat emptor.

Went to UPS to ship a 30" strange-shaped object. $24 for the container,$49 to ship. Checked another place, cheaper, but not by much. Visited Pakmail, container free, shipping under $14. I was in/out in under 5 min.

Was happy to find they will pick up a package from "shopgoodwill.com" I found a poster I have been looking for for years at a fraction of it's value. It was cheaper to hire Pakmail to ship it to me in the glass frame instead of rolling the poster up for shipping (as Goodwill offered to do) and replacing the frame.Scheduling was a problem as Goodwill kept telling me no matter who picked up, it had to be scheduled. Pakmail said no, they didn't have to schedule so the whole ordeal took a month.My glass frame arrived broken and the glass destroyed the poster also (glass was not double boxed).I contacted Pakmail and they requested pictures that I sent right away and they also needed to know my cost for the poster, I provided my goodwill handle so they could confirm this. It would be covered but, not at it's true value, just what I paid for it. When hiring Pakmail they never asked me to place a value on the poster, they decided on coverage.It's been over 3 weeks and they keep telling me a refund is in the mail. Last time I contacted them they said a check was mailed Monday and I should receive it by this following Monday.Why would it take a week for a mailed check to reach me in the same state? Still hasn't. It's been 2 months since I hired them, still no refund.Stay away, I am. Wish I could give them a lower score. Now I am back to hunting for my poster once again...such a shame this one was destroyed by their packing. They told me I had nothing to worry about. It makes me very sad to see art ruined.

Had to get my son's stereo speakers shipping home and I had limited time to package them up myself. Dropped into the store with the gear and asked them to pack it and ship it. They gave me a quick estimate which was in line with my expectations and called the next business day with the final cost. All good. Great service and they did a good job protectively packaging the speakers.

Wow, worst shipping experience ever. Spent way too much time with incompetent service. Person at front was clearly new but couldn't even initiate a shipment without seeking guidance. Other 2 employees were talking on the phone. They eventually tried to help but still were unsuccessful. Walked out. Never will return and honestly feel fedex and any other vendors should evaluate this business and pull their accounts. Terrible reviews on google not reflecting on yelp. Store is dirty and feels like a prison with jailer doors. Walked into UPS down the street and it was a breath of fresh air. UPS store had me in and out in 2 minutes flat with friendly and amazing service....unfortunately PakMail is a nightmare in comparison. Good to know their competition knows how to provide service!
