Pacaw's Wings And Things

On 10/26/2024, my beauty school had a fall festival/beauty show. My instructor had reserved Pacaw weeks before the show, which started at 4pm. He messaged my instructor at 5:41pm saying he had a flat tire and was waiting for AAA. This is after she reached out to him multiple times between 4pm and 5:41pm. She sent him one last message around 6pm saying she is very sorry for his tire, but we are patiently waiting. He never responded, just liked the message. We had over 40 people (including children, vendors, and students) patiently waiting for this food truck. We expected more as this was very unprofessional. We waited for over 2 hours for him to finally mention he would not be coming. No apology, no heads up, nothing. This left my instructor feeling disappointed and left our guests hungry and wanting to leave early. We understand accidents happen or in this case, flat tires, but a flat tire should not stop proper communication from a business. I hope this is a learning lesson for Pacaw.

I was able to catch them at the Pit. Nice looking trailer. The flavors were unique and tasty. I have high hopes for this truck. I thought the wings were small, but maybe they don't have a reliable chicken wing source? Another comment was that more than a couple of my chicken wings were broken. For me the bone fragments were not a big deal, but this could be a problem if you're feeding kids. The broken wings may be due to a chicken source? Have high hopes for this food trailer as they have interesting flavors, but if you're in a time crunch you may not have time to wait. The service was friendly.

Every week , religiously my family and I come to caps and corks to catch Pacaws during their usual weekly drop by . And every week Pacaws does not disappoint . My son and I love the hot honey lemon and michelada. Service is great . It does take some time for your wings to come out because he cooks them right after you order but it's totally worth the wait.

These wings are some of the best in Tucson. We got the dry Lemon pepper, Pacaw, Honey lemon hot, Sriracha Gold, and their new Chorizo fries and OMG they are so good. He cooks them nice and long so they are perfectly crispy. He has won the only wing cook off in Tucson this year and it was well deserved. Support this local small business if you can. You will not regret it.

Epically delicious wings! I only got the chipotle bbq after an event but they were delicious! I suggest checking him out for sure! Super kind and courteous!

First off, it took a little longer to get the wings than I had expected. When we did finally receive our wings, they were delicious. They were crispy. The sauces felt homemade. I highly recommend this place. I will be following them to see when they come back to the north side of town. The reason I'm giving it four stars is they ran out of, and lids for the condiments, and to go containers which made it hard to travel with.

I've been seeing post on Facebook forever about this place and finally decided to give them a try...and I'm glad I did!Couldn't decide on what flavor sounded the best, so I ended up with 6 different flavors AND an order of their Pacaw fries. Not a single flavor disappointed and the fries were LOADED!They have such unique flavors and the wings were cooked to perfection. I have definitely found my new wing spot in town....and even my picky 5yo torn up his wings.

The wings and everything else is so delicious! There are flavors you can't find anywhere else and the menu is a true gem! Can't wait for my next wing boil! The service is top notch as well. So excited for the opening of the food truck!

fantastic flavor, highly recommend the mango habenero. phenomenal guys, very friendly and chill. will be coming back!
