Outer Limits School did a great job at welcoming and making my family comfortable. My kids are generally very shy and they were comfortable being there quickly after starting. The rooms and overall location are kept clean. They offer cameras for the parents to peek in on the kids during the day for added peace of mind. I've heard about past management and I can already tell that the newer management is making great strides to right the wrongs of the past!

My child came to Miss Helen's 3 year old class in the beginning of 2023. In the 90 plus days that she has been there she has been nothing but happy every day about school. She is so proud to show me things in the classroom that she has created and tell me what they have been learning about ( dinosaurs, clouds, etc.).At home, she actually teaches me things about manners and how to behave ("Miss Helen says cover your mouth to cough", "Miss Helen says use a tissue", "Miss Helen says say please". )Helen has been great to update me on my daughter's day to day behavior and accomplishments. This is not something I got at the last facility, but something that is very appreciated. I also love that there are cameras in the classroom so I can observe first hand how things are going. I see Helen and how she interacts with my daughter and her classmates.I could not be happier with my decision to enroll with Outer Limits.

We really love Ms Helen in the 3s so much! She's the only reason we came back with our youngest. If it wasn't for her honestly we probably would have moved to a different preschool but since she's there we stay. She's always treated our kids like family and they love her so much. Our son has gained independence, learned so much, and loves to go play with his friends at school. We are so thankful for Ms Helen and the time she has spent with our kiddo!

We started OLS in 2019, but moved out of town in 2021. We've tried several other daycare programs closer to home, but found ourselves coming back because we just couldn't trust the care of our kids. Now, we drive 35 minutes each way, and its worth it. I am grateful for the peace of mind experienced at Outer Limits. I know my kids are safe and loved. Miss Bri & Miss Meagan put their heart and soul into this school. The training and compassion starts from the top, and the culture created at OLS is amazing. I appreciate all the teachers and I know the genuine commitment they have to my boys' development.

My child was in the 3 year olds class I pulled her out because the didn't help her transition AT ALL to the child care when she started her. Her teacher was cold the whole vibe there was cold. High school drama vibe. the way they delt with a hostage/ shooting situation across the street, they're constant bad talking parents and acting immature and Megan's pettiness over me leaving. I wouldn't send my child there especially if they have a delay or are special needs. Upon meeting the teacher I told her I would take my child's blanket home every night but I would leave it for the wash day and the teacher kept saying " so your going to take it home and wash it..." until I gave up and was like sure I'll take it home and wash it. I just thought she was slow because she talked like she had a stroke and had a leg brace on. She didn't want to help keep my child in the class while I tried to leave at all. She would walk around and do other stuff or just stand there and stare. I asked her to help and she started explaining why she couldn't just rambling I really think this lady had a stroke or something. I had to ask teachers from different age groups to help me and they did. She really just refused to engage with my child at all. Sux because that was her main teacher during the day the unhelpful one. On one occasion which I complained about was it was like the 2nd or 3rd day there and she just grabbed my daughters milk out of her hand/mouth and yelled at her and didn't offer her anything else. I watched on camera my daughter just standing in the middle of the room just kind of quietly crying looking around like she was lost and no one helped her. So I called the office and talked to Megan to see if she could check on her and explain the rules or basically idk tell them to help her ... she doesn't know what's going on. She was like " yeah I'll check on her" I watched on the cameras and Megan never checked on her. Then the next day I came in to a parent who I've never met who's obviously friends with the workers openly talking bad about me ( Megan must have told everyone) she whispered " oh is that (my child's name)'s mom" then continued to say " yeah I heard SOME parent got mad you guys wouldn't accommodate her child." And my daughters teacher just laughed and made hand motions like 'who cares'. I didn't see it as making accommodations but ok. And how unprofessional. I told Megan the day after when I did have to ask her to make accommodations because my daughter is delayed in speech and other areas (r/o autism). She said " oh yeah the teacher was wondering why every time your daughter talked it just sounded like jibberish" .Also when I finally told them I was leaving megan refused to look at me or say anything hi or bye like she would be for and like she did to other parents until the day I left. During a shooting which happened across the street where the constable and 2 other got shot; I got a call at 3 or 4 to pick her up because they were on lock down and there was a hostage situation across the street. They were on lock down since 1 ... I asked her why they didn't call me and tell me earlier since people were getting shot across the street. Megan said because she had to get approval to call the parents to pick the children up ... lol what a joke. There's a shooting/ hostage situation outside let's wait 4+ hours to even let the parents know... we have to get approval. On my daughters last day she had mosquito bites on her forehead and they called to ask what they were. I figured they would know since my child continuously get TONs of mosquito bites there. She asked why there was transparent tape on my daughters neck. I told her again like I told her before she had a skin condition and I put the tape so it won't spread on her body. On her last day there! NOW it's a problem and now I need to pick her up and she can't be there and I need a doctors note. When I walked in to get her Megan didn't say a word to me or my daughter, didn't ask about it, she just sat there by herself pretending I wasn't the only person in the room with her. Then when I was signing her out she was whispering again with other workers trash talking me or idk who " if that's what you want that's what you'll get" or something to that effect . Super professional. so immature.

My son has had a rough time with daycares in the past, i.e- just ignoring him and giving him a phone to watch movies, and this is the only one I have found that actually wants to take the time to teach and understand him. he wasnt fully potty trained and the teachers all did a great job by steping in on my behalf and helped get him fully trained! all the teachers and staff are amazing. My son comes home daily telling me what he did and what teacher he was with. I truly couldnt ask for a better daycare for my son! they defiantly put the needs and safety of children on the top of the list!

Hello, I have been with Outerlimits for over three years. We took my grandson out when he started kindergarten we had tried other daycare's, but no other daycare has compared to this one. The staff were outgoing, courteous, generous, and they treat the children as if they're their own. I personally have always had hard times with daycare's but with the staff I don't go to work having to worry about my grandchild because I know they're in the best hands.the management they're always takes care of your needs first they talk to their parents and they get to know them on a personal level which is more than I can see for any other daycare that I've ever seen. I would recommend this daycare I have any other daycare in the world and most importantly they have the most up respect for their parents and the children and all of our best interest at heart.Tracy Miranda

I have been taking my children to Outer Limits School since 2019, with my oldest kid starting at 6 weeks old. In the last three years, the teachers and staff have been very kind and friendly. In addition, when there were any changes or concerns about my kids or at the school, I was notified promptly. Shout out to Ms. Bri and Ms. Meagan, who manages the daycare, Ms. Helen in the 3's class (My kid loves Ms. Helen. They do different educational themes, like my son came home singing about the planets as this week is astronomy week!), Ms. Amber, Ms. Ariana and Ms. Chloe have all been amazing for my younger kid in the infant room (Despite how busy they are with all the infants, they have been working with my kid who has had delay in motor skills- they call it baby boot camp!). Overall, I am very happy with our experience at OLS and highly recommend this daycare.
