Recently went in to this location to get a brace for my upcoming knee surgery. However I was unable to get a new brace due to insurance time frame for it to be covered. The doctor advised me of this and when I told him I had my other brace in the car he had me bring it in and resized it and educated me on using it properly. And at no charge... Amazing! The entire staff was funny and super sweet! They even cracked a few jokes - extremely needed to lighten the mood if having another surgery. They even offered to help me refit my brace after surgery when I'm swollen!
