Love the owner's response. "Contact our team so we can discuss further.." leaves no info for me to contact anyone. On top of that I asked for a manager or a corp office number when I was there and I was told there is nobody I can talk to. No number of a supervisor I can call. I left me name and phone number and the lady said I'll have the manager call you. I told my son right in front of her "l'll bet you dinner at Mr Ahn's that nobody calls me." Surprise surprise no call and 3 days later a general response to my review so the Yelp community thinks they care. This place owes me my $400 back and it's going to cost them a lot more than $400 if I have to call my lawyer. Ball is in their court.

First of all, these are the nicest apartments I have seen in tucson. On La Canada and Lambert, very quiet and safe neighborhood. 9 foot ceilinggs in every apt. Brand new everything. Washer & dryer inside. HUGE bedroom & balcony. Gym and pool are amazing. It feels like a resort quality. The clubhouse and common area are also top notch. The bathroom is giant.Cons: Management is very rude. There is an attitude of arrogance and they are willing to help with an attitude. The kitchen is pretty small as well as the living room... even for an apartment.Overall this place is awesome, as long as you don't mind putting up with rude staff.

Living at Oro Vista apartments is not something I recommend to anyone. The rent is way too expensive, too much noise unless you live in the third floor. Uneducated management team; I guarantee you will get a south side answer whenever you complain about something and they are a good liars. I go to the leasing office and there's a sign saying "Be back at 1:45". Well it's 2pm. So I wait another 15 minutes and then I see an office worker enters the door with unfinished lunch. Really?. I've been through this sort of unprofessionalism before and this is not the type of management that I want to deal with on a regular basis. Yes, I left fast and now I see why I couldn't reach anyone over the phone.

I have been living here for a year and my first review is still the way I feel about this place. The staff and the maintenance are super friendly and helpful. Anything I ever needed they fix right away, even changing light bulbs!It is gated at night which is a bonus. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Has a pool, hot tub and fitness gym. Could not be happier living here!

Super excited to call this place home! The team here is so helpful and everyone is nice and easy to talk to. Still in the process of moving in and can't wait to get settled and enjoy the amenities and the location is so convenient to so many great restaurants, stores, and parks. Thank you SO much especially to Miriam and Sayeh who have been so pleasant to work with and really appreciate everything they do!

I lived at Oro Vista Apartments for three years and have no complaints at all. One of the best apartments I've had in my life (and I've had many). Great neighbors - very quiet and friendly. Nice, safe neighborhood, with lots of food options nearby. The apartment looked great after the renovations last year - which went smoothly. Vaughn in the office and Daniel in maint. stay on top of things. I only moved out to be closer to family in Texas. I'll miss Oro Vista and the great views of the mountains out of my window each morning.

I have lived here for over a year now and have 2 cars. One we drive daily, the other is a fix up classic car that we have been working on. Well the apartment complex told us that we have to drive daily, and paint our old classic car in order to be able to park it in the complex. I would not recommend living here if you don't go places and move your car daily or if your car isnt up to their paint standards. I'm a stay at home mom so I don't go many places, the furthest I go is across the street to the grocery store so it's unreal to me the "rules" they have given us. Also all summer the pool and jacuzzi was dirty and infested with bees. Worst place ive ever lived in my 33yrs of life wow.

I have lived here for about a month and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff has been extremely helpful and responsive to every request. The neighbors are all friendly and the complex is quiet every night of the week. Everyone cleans up after their pets and the facilities are in excellent condition.

I have been living at Oro Vista Apartments for a little over a year and a half and everything has gotten better! We have a new manager and he is great. The maintenance staff is super so whenever you have a problem just give them a call! They have a great pool, a great clubhouse, a great playground area including outdoor Ramadas and two different kinds of grills that are always in pristine condition. If you need a garage along with your apartment those are available as well and I have one since I need so much room above and beyond my vehicle. They are pet friendly. All of the other residents I have met here have been wonderful and I have made many friends living here. We live right next to Noble Hops which has a live band every Thursday evening and Sunday evening. Right across the street is everything you could need (grocery store, Cost Cutters hair salon, Goodwill, so much more). The view of the Santa Catalina Mountains are awesome. The sunsets are readily available for relaxing and watching the sunsets and as well as the sun setting on the mountains and making them turn into a beautiful orange color. They have regular "events" around holidays or even random events and one of them I went to was a Mardi Gras party where there was a bunch of great food, drinks and a bunch of people for conversation at the clubhouse. If you need a nice apartment (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom) check these luxury apartments out!
