Oro Valley Urgent Care

It's a nice office and the staff are pleasant. However, I was not satisfied with the advice and lack of technology for breathing issues. I went in because my lungs had Crackling /Rales and I had difficulty breathing while laying down to sleep, as well as all over body aches, headache and fever.The NP was real nice. I was tested for COVID and flu; both negative. I had a little high temp. She listened to my chest and told me they were CLEAR. I was told to go home and if it got worse to go to the ER.I think it was as ineffectual as a visit to the school nurse. When she said my lungs are clear after I told her about difficult breathing and rales, she could have come up with better advice. The word clear indicated I was not contagious. I was fooled by the word clear. I went to the ER Sunday and learned I have Pneumonia. If she would told me crackling in the lung indicates something serious like pneumonia, I would have driven there immediately. She only said that there is esophageal crackling which meant nothing to me. Where I came from in Denver; the urgent care centers had Doctors and NP's and real technology; like ex rays and a way to see vitals on a screen while the patient is lying down. I have worked with other NP's before that gave excellent advice and diagnosis. That didn't happen here. **

Went here for a ruptured ear drum. The staff were super friendly and kind. I was able to get seen right away. They were very cost friendly and even had the medication for my ear right at the clinic. Highly recommended

I've been there twice. Both times I made an appointment, you can do it online. Got in quickly. Both times the NP's listened and asked questions. I highly recommend them!

The staff was caring & professional. I was seen right away. The nurse practitioner was friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with an urgent care facility and it was very positive. They addressed my ear issue and I left much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend this care center for any small medical issues that need immediate care.

My ear had been plugged for 5 days so I finally went to oro valley urgent care and they cleaned out the wax build up. I am so relieved. The staff were friendly and the facility is clean. I was there approximately 1 hour in the morning. Thank you!

Very friendly front desk person. Not at all like most doctor's offices where they treat you like a number or worse. I just walked in to see if they had availability. I had only a few minutes wait after finishing my paperwork. The nurse practitioner was extremely nice and told me options for healing an infection in my toe. I was on my way shortly thereafter with a Plan A to try and a Plan B if that did not work. This place has a very different feel than your traditional doctors office.
