Shock in "open" position. When it clearly says on the label that is not open position.
This is "closed" position. This shock is supposed to have 3 positions and it came back 2 positions.

I've taken both of my bicycles here several times for service and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price.I recently took my Gary Fisher hybrid in for bottom bracket service, and the tech caught the stretched chain and I had them replace that as well.The people are very friendly and helpful - I actually enjoy going to this business.Their turn around times on service are a bit stretched out right now, but they are good at what they do which causes them to get pretty busy.I wish I needed to buy a bike from them - someday!!

I've held off a bit for this one, but lately it's been bugging me. I bought an expensive bike that was too big for me last year, and soon after the purchase had a family emergency that took me out of state (father passed). When I returned (day 36 after purchase) I called them to see about exchanging the bike and was was told they couldn't do anything about it because I went over the time period... even though the bike was basically still new. I only bought there because they were the ones that had the bike in stock, but to be honest I didn't have a good experience. The sales guy wasn't very helpful / didn't provide any input into sizing, and even knew I wanted to put the larger tire size on it (which would make it way too big). It was just kind of a cold experience. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive bike that's too big for me and all they tell me is to sell it to the Pros Closet for half of what I paid... (approximately a $3,500 loss) on a bike that's still in new condition. I'm sure as long as you stay within the lines these guys would be fine, just not very friendly, but also not mean... take it for what it's worth.

Big shout out to the techs at OVB. My wife and I both managed to bend our derailleurs on some of the rocky Tucson area trails. Being out-of-towners, the guys took our bikes in on the spot and had us both back in the saddle with beautifully shifting bikes in 15 minutes. Five stars for excellent, quality service!
