Staff is super helpful and friendly, and they're really good at figuring out how much you know and treating you accordingly. I can walk in and rattle off the specs for the tubes I need, and I don't get talked down to because I'm woman-- which sadly happens a lot in the sports world.They were especially helpful last time I went saddle shopping. They had a gel pad to measure my sit bones, advised me on which one might work best, and let me return it after a couple of test rides and it didn't quite work.Great place to stop in for little things like nutrition (good selection of the stuff I buy a lot, like shot bloks), chain lube, and socks.

Matt in service was amazing. Clear expectations, excellent communication and superb wrenching. Doesn't get much better than this.

I bought a bike and brought it in for the essential service. Guy said it would be done in 3-5 days and they'd call me when it was finished. 6 days went by with no update. So I called them to see what was going on, they said it would be the next one done. Another day goes by.. no phone call, no bike. Not cool. Finally got it back after 8 days. It seems like a good shop with friendly people, just wish they would have communicated better. If you bring your bike in for service make sure you allow for extra time over the quoted finish date.

So nice! They will help you out if you are new to get started. Kind, warm, welcoming, open with teaching- They don't pressure you to buy stuff. A gem in Tucson.

Absolutely the worst customer service, & most overpriced shop I've ever been to. The geriatric associates don't give a crap about Customer Service, flat out lie to you about turnaround times, and a week after the date, it was promised, get indignant when you express dissatisfaction... I have met 16-year-olds more concerned with how they represent an organization.

A delightful bike shop! My husband and I bought bikes for the first time together. Jake and Woody were both very helpful and patient with finding the right styles and fit. My husband is 6'6 and Jake (also a tall fella) brought in his own bike for my hubby to try. Amazing customer service! We were lucky enough to be there at the right time for a good sale too, which just sweetened the experience. Thank you OVB!

On a Sunday, my grandson's bike needed a new rear innertube. Oro Valley Bicycles did the job in just a few minutes while I browsed the store. They're always there for our bicycle needs. Great people.
