Maria and her team have really gone above and beyond here. There was a small mix up with the townhome we wanted and they made changes and moves just to accommodate us. They fully renovated our townhome and it looks beautiful! We had a couple things we need to be touched up and fixed and they made all the changes we needed quickly. This is truly becoming a home for us and that is mainly due to the warmth and service the staff here has provided. Thank you so much!

The property is ok. A little overpriced for what you get. Unit layouts are a little strange, but having your own back yard is nice. The biggest issue is the weekly (sometimes more often) water turnoffs, without notice. They claim it is an emergency, but it happens quite frequently. Maintenance staff is nice. They are competent, but not skilled. Maria in the office is good to work with, but the other lady is a little gruff and unapproachable. This is a pet friendly complex, so there are lots of dogs. Some better than others in terms of barking and waste. The fire station down the road means quiet times are interrupted with sirens, so be warned. Lots of amenities nearby make this a good are to live, but be warned about this property.

I've struggled with this community for 2 years. The management does not respond to messages or emails. They seem to change personnel often so I never know who to reach out to. Several times the pool was out of commission for months at a time, during summer. I had sewage back up into my house several times and they only offered steam cleaning as remediation, instead of the carpet replacement that should have happened. My designated parking spot was not very close to my townhouse, either. All in all, a struggle at a very high price.

Do NOT rent here!After 10 days this is the worst place! I was promised a "completely refreshed and ready for you" apartment. Not even close! The washing machine does not work! The dryer does not work, the dishwasher does not work, The Air conditioner tries to work but is definitely not working properly. The Kitchen cabinet have handles on them that do not allow the doors or drawers to open properly or at all in some cases. The ceiling fan has different color blades. The painting that was done is terrible there is overpaint on most surfaces. The bathroom sink has a rust hole in it. The lattice on front patio blew down 2nd day due to very poor installation.They had painted and glued in new flooring but the chemical smells were unbearable for the first 3 days and I was unable to even stay in the apartment. Promises of maintenance being at my apartment at 8 am were false. I finally went to the office after staying home a couple hours from work and there wasnt anyone at the office at 9:10 am.

UPDATE: the few days they are talking about was actually 22 days. I put in a work request June 16th 2024. My AC didn't get fixed until JULY 8TH 2024. On the hottest days my AC would reach 93 even though I set it at 84 (let me tell you I didn't want to set it to 84. I wanted to set it to 79. Didn't want to pay 400/month for my TEP bill like last year for my "functional AC unit". My mom in a 2 story house doesn't even pay that for her TEP bill). I ended up having to not stay there for a few weeks because they weren't doing anything about it. I understand needing a few days to get things approved and get parts but explain to me why it took 22 days. It doesn't matter if there were staffing issues, communication issues, any issue the leasing office has. Due to this issue I had a right as a tenant to break my lease for free with no charge because of this healthy and safety issue. They denied my rights. They will go on here and try and say things. Don't listen to them. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT A FUNCTIONAL AC AND RESPONSIVE LEASING OFFICE TO WORK ORDERS. laSecond year here and it continues to get bad. Last year communication wasn't as bad as this year but it was still pretty bad last year. Last summer my AC didn't work properly. Ran all day. My TEP bill is 4 or 500/month so might as well be paying 2,000/month. They checked the Freon levels, I changed the battery in the thermostat, they checked the temperature in the vents, they changed the filter. Still when I would set it to 79 it would run all day and my thermostat by 4pm would read 87. The maintenance dude at the time said set it to 85 it's just a low efficiency unit. So I just had to deal with paying a really high TEP bill so me and my dog could be remotely comfortable. Bought my own portable AC unit because the one they provided was broken so at least the bedroom is a little more bearable. I renewed my lease because it is a really great place to have a large mastiff (minus the judgment of people who have told me she doesn't belong there). I don't unfortunately have the dog anymore but this summer I'm not doing this again. I refuse to live in a place where rent is high to only add on a a very high TEP bill. Yeah this summer my thermostat still runs up and doesn't properly cool. Submitted a work request. A week goes by no answer. I continue to email them and ask about the request. No answers to the email. Submitted another work request a few days go no answer. I decided to go in person on Saturday. The lady (new potentially only temporary) told me they have a lot of work requests and she will print it out and put it on the desk of the new manager. She will give me a call on Monday about the AC vendor. Monday comes no call. Around 2:30 I go on my break just to go to the leasing office...NO ONE IS THERE. NO STAFF. The maintenance guy was the only one. He was nice but you can tell he was overwhelmed. We talked and all he could suggest was the same exact things we did last summer (those never worked). The whole HVAC system needs to be replaced along with the thermostat. If that doesn't work/happen something more serious is happening and to have to live in a place where it almost is as hot as outside is not up to code. I'm going to see if someone is in the office today. Fingers crossed. If not I gotta get out of this place stat. There is no excuse to give tenants no answer to even emails about the AC or any work request but they can send out an email to all the residents about pool parties. Their priorities are wack.

This is such a lovely apartment complex. It really feels like a high-end townhome development. The staff is so kind and responsive. When i have a minor maintenance issue it's taken care of on the same or next day, and the on-site maintenance team are really friendly and skilled. The pool and surrounding palm trees are beautiful and when I go out there mid-day i have the pool to myself- it feels so luxurious. all units have a private back yard which is a god-send with a lively dog. each unit feels like a private home and it is a very quiet complex- noise is never an issue. the grounds are well-kept and there are beautiful trees on the property. After being here a year there's no question i would make the same choice again.

Both Marie (whom I only saw once) and Angelica were very pleasant.I saw Angelica on several occasions, twice to see an apartment that was available for viewing, and twice to view the apartment I wanted to rent as soon as it became vacant. I had a choice of reduced rent as is, or wait a while for renovation at the regular rent. I chose the latter as the apartment was badly in need of renovation. Angelica couldn't have been nicer about my frequent returns to review and my many concerns and questions.I have had experiences at other apartment complexes, and found those in charge mainly cold and aloof. My experience with Angelica was a refreshing change, and very reassuring.Joann Diaz

I had great hopes about living here, but there seems to be a disconnect between management and maintenance. If you need something done, they'll do it in their own sweet time, if at all. I am very much considering that I may not be renewing my lease. Time will tell.

horrible management. whatever you do dont move here. they dont cooperate and find anything they can to charge you for mistakes they made. i will not be resigning another lease once mine is over. just wanted to warn people about the shady situation they have at this apartment complex.

Amazing team and beautiful property. Maria along with her team are professional and great. Love living here, they take care of any maintenace issue immediately, the property is immaculately maintained. Club house and kids play ground are awesome. Theres even a dog park for your furry friend! Thank you for making this a great place to call home!
