Took them two weeks to mail me out a lab order for blood work. I could've went to an urgent care and had blood work faster than that. Nobody seemed to listened to me and instructions weren't clear. I'll only finish what I need because I need to get a HIDA scan but after that I won't be continuing care here. Blood work doesn't take that long to mail out locally.

do I recommend this office? absolutely not. I was a patient for many years until I moved out of state. when I moved back to tucson. came back to orange grove family practice. today I had what they considered a new patient appointment spent 40 minutes waiting on them to call me back when I informed dr vance Sanders that I thought I was having blood sugar issues. he responded "the symptoms you are having sounds like you are reading them from a text book but you have a history of migraines" prescribed me 2 different medications without telling me what he was prescribing me and sent me on my way. it is not only a waste of almost 2 hours of my day but a waste of money. I will never be coming back.

I was a patient here for six years, and each year the office, staff, doctors, and overall care continued to get worse. I saw multiple doctors at this office and could never get the attention I needed. They prescribed medication without asking proper questions, refused to return calls, charged for office visits when services weren't completed, and much more. The worst had to be when I had a horrible reaction to a vaccination and could not get a call back from my doctor. Or when I had to go to urgent care and could not get my files from the office, no matter how many times I called. This facility is unorganized and unprofessional. Many of the MDs are rude and uncaring. And when I finally switched Primary Care doctors? They refused to send my entire medical history over because the file was "too big." Pathetic.

It's very difficult to get an appointment for anything at this practice. I was on hold forever and the staff never picked up.I tried on two separate occasions to obtain a work order for my annual blood test. I was on hold, which seemed forever and finally gave up. I had to personally go into the office and talk to my PA to get the order. I also needed new prescriptions for two of my medications that I get by mail. I like my doctor and the PA but the call staff stinks!!!

Great Experience! We are new to AZ and needed to get in quickly to see the doctor. Everyone was super helpful and nice. The whole experience from new patient registration, exam, and check out were great! We have found our new PCP.

We see Dr. Gloudemans, and she's a wonderful doctor. Friendly, upbeat, up on the most recent research, and pro-vaxx (hooray!!). She's proactive about problems after making sure things are worth worrying about-- "let's keep an eye on this, and if there's still a problem in a month or two, come back in and we'll see about a referral to a specialist."As others have mentioned, we've had a few billing hiccups. We received a bill saying we were past due on 3 appointments' fees, despite paying all copays in the office. Luckily it was all straightened out after a phone call, but it's been frustrating on that front.

I have had stellar care and service through Dr. Judith Brown of Orange Grove Family Practice. I feel listened to and understood. I have not ever waited more than 10-15 minutes once I've arrived for my scheduled appointment. The front office is friendly. The scribe - Renae - is attentive and friendly AND professional. The doctor and physicians assistant are thorough. The Doctor and physicians assistant are up to date on the most effective treatments.

Do NOT GO HERE. They are so unprofessional and will do anything to charge you. If I could leave negative stars I would for various reasons, including what many other people have mentioned. One of the front office staff workers is extremely rude and unprofessional. Can't say her name bc they don't wear name tags. Not just with me but I observed them with other patients as well. That makes a lasting impression. Medical assistants don't return calls. They scheduled a new patient appointment for my daughters who were minors at the time so I had to take them there twice before they would do a simple physical, and charged them both for a new patient appoint and a physical, & it wasn't even with the PCP. Michael Spillane and Nancy Favata are both helpful. I will most definitely be looking for a new PCP though.

Goodbye OGFP. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The concerns of this facility are whether one can pay and what diagnoses they can pack in the preexisting condition list. After I complained of Arizona allergies a few years back, I was prescribed an oral med and given an inhaler, which I was encouraged to use if my intense exercise was affected. I rarely use it. Despite this explanation, I am now listed as an asthmatic former smoker (don't admit to sneaking a couple with your mom after your dad died at 69 years young, folks). No effort was made to correct the record, and I was told I DO have exercise induced asthma. My most recent, and last, visit was because I had shingles symptoms, including the nerve pain. Having had shingles before more than once, I'm aware of the sensation. The PAC said he did not think it was shingles and told me that my symptoms were not consistent. At 41, I was patronized and made to feel like a liar. This is not the type of practice for me. I'm looking for a practice where providers listen and make an effort a to help patients. It's not this place.

I have recently relocated to Arizona and needed to change my health insurance and medical care provider. My wife came here for a check up and had a positive experience so I decided to schedule here.My first issue was that I could not schedule an appointment in the afternoon. their reasoning was that as a new patient to this facility I needed time to fill out paperwork. Understandable to a degree but not really convenient to the patient. My initial consultation with Paul Stamer was very good. Excellent communication, He confirmed my meds and scheduled a follow up blood draw in two weeks. I have a couple of issues that had gotten out of control and I was optimistic that this facility was going to provide the help that I need to get back on track. The fasting blood draw went well also. The wait was not long and the nurse / phlebotomist was good. The negative and extremely frustrating part came in actually getting the results. I came form a technology friendly health organization where almost all facets of the patient -provider relationship were available online; appointments, advice and test results could all be accessed online, usually within 1-3 days. I received a phone message from the OGFP office asking for a return call regarding results. And it turns into a world class match of phone tag. I repeatedly requested and authorized that I would like my results e-mailed to me or that she could leave a message with the results (after her voicemail saying that was an option) but I never received anything. From December 20th I still do not know anything about the visit except that one of the nurses is a scrooge when it comes to Christmas and that they did accept my co-pay. Oh, I am Blue Cross-Blue Shield. They have an online health management system for patients. Once I signed up I was able to "find" myself there. There were, however, no results which tells me that the provider did not provide the results. Lastly. OGFP also has a similar health management portal affiliation. I signed up for that as well but also found no results.Question of logic: Did a test really happen if there are no results?I am just going to search for a new provider. I rarely do Yelp as I usually cant really verify the veracity of the review . In this case there are scads of reviews with similar office related issues. That tells me that they are inept in the office and more pointedly don't give a whit about improving their process.
