Also to add, I was told I had a bad battery, even shown a picture of the bad battery reading. The pictures & diagnosis are not saved to app for some reason, and I wasn't given a print out this time. I took the battery in to get checked elsewhere since is fairly new and was perfectly fine. Not low , not bad.

**** UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW! I ended up taking the car back to the HONEST mechanic that fixed the filler neck so that they can check the "issue" that OOROO told me caused the filler neck to break. Well, lo and behold...I just heard from that mechanic that they did see the issue (NO the issue did NOT cause the filler neck to break) and that it would cost me $370 out the door . So, now with the filler neck and this issue being fixed I am out of pocket $670, they did NOT charge me a diagnose amount either. OOROO with the BS diagnosis was charging me a total of $1934. YUP...you all read that right! I saved over $1200 to get my vehicle fixed. The owner responded to my original review, well what does he have to say about this? OMG...If you are the type that likes to be bent over and not even lubed up by a business establishment, this is the place for you. I took my car in for emissions last week and it passed emissions but failed due to a flap inside the filler neck of the gas tank being broken, the engine light was NOT on. I called OOROO and told them what happened and they said they could get me in on Friday the same week. I get there and dropped off the car first thing in the morning. A couple hours later I get a text with an estimate of over $1800 . I was being told that the engine light in my car was on and that there was something wrong with some pvc thing in the engine. Remember, I brought this in for a broken filler neck. They were trying to tell me that this pvc thing is what caused the filler neck to break, really come on now...who in the heck do you think I am. They also tried telling me again that the engine light was on due to this and that I couldn't see it because of a picture that was blocking the instrument panel. BS...emissions would have NEVER tested the car if the engine light was on. I was told that in order for them to fix the filler neck that this pvc thing needed to be fixed as well for over $1800. I was even charged $134 to diagnose the issue, my two year old nephew could have opened the fuel door and said, look that's broken. Needless to say this place is a joke. Now I know why they are never busy. They are trying to screw as many (or few) people that they actually get to bite on their ridiculous estimates. Luckily a friend of mine recommended a true HONEST mechanic to fix my car's issue. $300 (yes...$1500 CHEAPER) later I drove straight to emissions, they opened the fuel door, gave me my PASS and on my way I went. I had been taking my car to these guys for oil changes but NO more! Hopefully this review gets enough attention to were no one falls for their BS and pays an outrageous amount of money to "fix" crap on your car that does not need to be fixed or the reason why it was taken to them to begin with.

I was very pleased with the service and quality at Ooroo Vail. They gave me a thorough description of work accomplished and even provided pictures of the areas having issues. Overall great maintenance and customer service.

Friendly and professional. I needed my rear diff fluid changed and some other things. Fairly priced and painless other than having to spend money. Everything is so hit or miss in Tucson but I think these guys are legit. I need more stuff done so I will be back. I will also recommend to family.

I always take my Dodge 3500 and my Subaru here. They help me every time with questions. Everyone there is a team player helping get the customer taken care of. I am alerted about upcoming maintenance issues.

The service needed was done in a day and done right. Also, my bill came in over $100 UNDER the morning estimate as they went over and above getting warranty coverage on a battery from another company that was bad.

This shop has helped me and my family on several occasions. Rory and John are both extremely polite and going over the available options. I've worked a lot with Rory. I can't say enough good things about this shop and would definitely recommend them. They are timely on completing the work. If you need work to be done, just talk to them and create a plan.
