I had my tires rotated, oil changed, and everything checked for a trip and they were great here! It's one of the few times I didn't feel like a mechanic shop was trying to take advantage of me. I'll definitely take my car here for all my service needs! Great car service and customer service.

I am visiting my friends in Sahuarita & I needed a brake job on my car. I needed it ASAP, as I had to get back to TX in 2 days.My friends recommended their mechanic, John, who is the owner. We called him on short notice, and although he promised us he would get it done by Wednesday at the latest, he had it done the same day I brought it in. He was thorough & efficient, and I was very pleased with the result. He also inspected my car for other potential problems & gave me a list of recommendations to tell my mechanic when I get back to TX. If I lived in Sahurita/Green Valley, he is the only mechanic I would use.

Appointments are scheduled and kept as scheduled. Ooroo also offers transportation services to customers in need of them.

Big job and done with quality. Took a little longer than expected but knew this going in as it is the busy season.

And, Again, excellent service, great people to discuss things with. And, yesterday's work was "Free of charge". I really feel that the OOROO team is part of MY team. Cheers !!

Great staff, great service. Had a regular oil service just before a long road trip. I feel so confident with their look at my car just before I take off!

I'd scheduled another oil change and general condition inspection. An email appointment reminder appeared on the morning of service. Unfortunately, when I arrived at 0745 the appointment didn't show on the Ooroo computer system. But they did fit me in with their usual courtesy and "customer first" attitude. I'd mounted my bike on the car carrier and rode it home. In the afternoon when the car was ready it was 106F, too hot to bike, so an Ooroo shuttle picked me up and drove me to the shop. Again, great attitude. While I was paying for the service John noticed that my appointment was in fact in the customer dataset but not in the Ooroo schedule dataset. A project for their systems guy. Overall, another good experience with Ooroo...especially since they honored the email discount coupon I forgot to bring.

Excellent customer service. Frank was knowledgeable and personable setting up and following through with my appointment. Logan was thorough and professional in servicing my vehicle. Highly recommend this business.
