Super cute place! Electricity, cable and included. It's nice living downtown because you can walk to close by food, coffee and bars! The two people working there Brenda and Brian are super helpful and really nice people. I'm moving out because work is sending me overseas.

Good location. Nice high ceilings which I love. Quiet pleasant neighbors so far. I do not love the industrial bar shelving which is a serious pain because it accommodates very little. And I can't get over the fact that they charge $10 to pay rent by card. It's 2020 and nobody pays by check anymore. $10 may not be a lot of money but it's ridiculous for a card processing fee. It's a nickel and dime maneuver and super annoying but the one time I used an e-check it couldn't "locate my account" and I owed bounce fees. So be aware of that.

Formerly the Martin Luther King Jr. building, One North Fifth is a gorgeous modern building that was remodeled to match the young, urban vision of downtown Tucson. In my opinion, One North Fifth is really the foundation of the recent downtown evolution. Since then, the 4th Ave tunnel was rebuilt (and it's gorgeous), new shops, restaurants and yoga studios are appearing downtown, a trolley system was put into place, and now a 3-Level underground parking lot is almost done being built, which really comes in handy for the residents downtown. But I digress.... They only offer studios & 1 bedrooms, so if you're a family looking to live that downtown dream, you might want to consider another city (at least for now). The best part is, the deposit is only $300. Try finding a place that can beat that deal. Oh, and all utilities are included (including wireless internet). There's a tiny gym on site and there's a laundry room on each floor. The downstairs lobby area is modern and clean and the staff (Vanessa) is extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. The nice part is you can walk or bike virtually anywhere you want. Be careful though. If you live here, the likeliness that you'll become an alcoholic is high, seeing as you're only a few steps away from Club Congress. It's all too convenient to be able to stumble from the bar and be home in 1 minute.

This is a great urban apartment building for the low cost, with a well above average staff and location.PROS -Very helpful front office staff/maintenance. Was shocked at how quickly things were fixed when I asked for it. They are good people. -Great balcony views from the upper floors of Mt Lemmon or of Congress St- Superb location for downtown living, great bars a minute walk away- Rent is cheap for downtown, with all utilities included in rent, including cable and internet...that's a steal with Tucson summer A/C bills- Option to pay for monthly parking at next-door parking garage is clutch (my friend with nearby street parking got his car smashed up/broken into)- Mail/trash/laundry/recycling setups are well done and convenient- Gym downstairs is clean, rarely crowded (though small), and very convenientCONS- Old building, rooms are concrete and need some work to feel like a home. - Nearby bars are very loud on weekends, especially during college school year. Apartment staff repeatedly asks bars to keep it down but they will not. Buy cheap earplugs.- Other reviews complained about homeless people getting into the building...I never experienced it. Downtown Tucson is definitely filled with homeless people who will ask for money/food, but it didn't bother me.Overall this place is dope if you want to live downtown for cheap and prefer convenience over luxury.

Was a resident here for 3 years and I loved it! If they had a 2+ bedroom I would've stayed. It's definitely not for a family but as a single person I loved living here. Maintenance staff was great and timely. The only thing that was less than ideal was that each floor only has 1 washer and 1 dryer.

This is an excellent place to live. It has a vibrant location, friendly and accommodating employees and a clean and modern look. The studio in which I lived was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. I always felt safe living there. Has many nice places to eat close by, with a grocery market within a five minute walk. Also right on the tram line, for those without a car. It is in the heart of Downtown Tucson, close to the University of Arizona, Convention Center, Train Station, 4th Avenue and many really great shops, cafés and restaurants. Manager and employees were always very kind to me and helpful as well. I highly recommend living here!
