I was travelling from Santa Fe, NM to Tucson (on my way back to California) and I had a problem with a stretched chain on my Kawasaki Versys 1000.I was recommended to use On Any Moto at a motorcycle place in Santa Fe (Marc at OCD Cycles and Auto Repair - ocdcustomcycles.com).I arrived in Tucson just before the 4th of July weekend and I was desperate to take care of the chain. On Any Moto did have a chain (but not the sprockets) and I went ahead and had them replace the chain. The staff not only took on the task immediately without any prior appointment on my part but also inspected the bike thoroughly and found a fused low-beam bulb, which they also replaced.I was very happy with the staff and the technician (Ian Pierce) who explained everything that he was doing.Sincere appreciation to the entire staff from a traveler on the road.

I bought a 2022 MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RS early March. It arrived from MonkeyMoto on March 9, 2023. The bike already had 500 miles as it was a demo model. I put about 300 miles on when the quickshifter (QS) stopped working and was giving a malfunction warning. Also the maintenance notification showed up on the HUD as well. Perfect time to take it in and have it looked at along with maintenance right?I took it to the shop for the QS and general maintenance. The next week I called and they said the oil filter cap was cracked and it would need to be replaced as the technician cannot safely further test the bike. They claim it was due to the bike being a model and "someone must have rode it hard" putting the blame on the dealer. Mistakes happen so I continued to wait. Two weeks pass and no part so at this point, it's becoming a bit ridiculous. I called MonkeyMoto who stated that OAM must have cracked the cap due to negligence. I call OAM back mentioning this and they finally admit fault. I spoke with OAM on March 29 and they again said it was easily cracked because it was a demo model...The bike has been in the shop longer than I have actually had the bike. At this point, I am not sure who is to fault because both parties are blaming each other and I am not well-versed in motorcycle technicality to sift through everything. As of April 3rd, the oil filter cap replacement part STILL HAS NOT arrived. The malfunctioning QS has not even been looked it. I am not even sure if the bike is being charged as the MobiStat is still hooked up...

I have had several great experiences at OAM! My first purchase was a new Benelli TNT135 for my son last August. I coordinated my purchase via email with James and Josiah and the process couldn't be any better. The price was the lowest I could find and the delivery was smooth, easy and the entire staff seemed to be just as excited about the purchase as we were. We were in and out in about 90 minutes including loading, and the bike has been fun and flawless. The second bike was a used BMW R1200RT. I have had the pleasure of having Josiah service previous bikes of mine over the past decade and he was very thorough in his assessment of the bike. They even went to the lengths of replacing the fork seals and doing an oil change before delivery. In summary, motorcycles are a fun luxury and a big part of my life. The OAM crew recognizes the value of the personal relationship that you need to own a motorcycle, and that's what will make me a repeat customer in the future.

I brought my ktm1290 super adventure in for a tire change on my way back from Mexico. Came in about an hour before closing, they were able to get me in and I thought all was good. About 10 mins after getting on the bike my rear tpms low pressure light comes on. I pull over and check, yup it's low, find a service station and add air. I add air 5 more times on my way to Phoenix. Take it to a shop in Phoenix and they find gouges all over the bead of the wheel that were not there before taking it to on any moto. I know because I have a no mar tire changer in my garage and installed the previous tire. So the shop in Phoenix are able to smooth out the damage from on any moto and get me on my way. I reached out to on any moto to see if they would cover the additional costs I had to incure and was told that they didn't damage anything, didn't seem to care about how serious a poorly installed and not checked tire is on a motorcycle. The service manager I believe his name was Josh was especially unprofessional and rude. He just kept saying they didn't do it, couldn't explain why the tire didn't leak before and was leaking like crazy now and had Zero care that his shop mounted a tire that went flat almost instantly. Avoid this place at all costs, they do dangerous and extremely unprofessional work.

The service manager is an arrogant jerk with zero customer skills. Same for the parts guy. These people think they are God's gift to motorcyclists. Thankfully, the sales personnel have a modicum more interest in establishing rapport with customers. Unfortunately, they specialize in lies of omission.I won't go into the details of my experience with them, but let me say that Renaissance Motorcycles and its owner Steve were a joy to deal with, sincere and principled in its business practices. It is a huge disappointment to discover this company took over Steve's product lines. My Ducati is at a specialist Ducati shop in Phoenix. She ran like a champ on the ride from Tucson to get there. Quite a surprise since OAM personnel were telling me she was on the brink of falling apart. Based on their fear mongering, I should be dead and the bike burnt to a crisp on the side of I-10. I am gathering quotes for a new Ducati from other dealers. I won't be doing business with OAM.If you choose to do business with them, remember caveat emptor, let the buyer beware.

When it comes to motorcycle service, trust plays a key role in the level of confidence shared between customer and provider. Trust is a critical part to relationships, and once lost, it can be nearly impossible to restore. I've trusted OAM since they originally opened under original management. And over time, things have shifted and changed as they so often do. Some changes were for good, others not so much. OAM has come through for me on both big and small jobs, and we've had some major wins together, but recently, all that customer history and loyalty was thrown into the meat grinder by the way I was treated and the manner in which I became the victim of inappropriately placed frustration by management.I won't go into the details of airing dirty customer laundry in this review, but suffice it to say, OAM is sincerely loosing customers by treating them poorly, by taking a defensive posture when questions are asked, and by being confrontational with a customer who objectively raised post-service safety concerns and offers them as honest feedback to the business leadership to HELP them. I honestly feel like they've been scarred by some bad customer experiences that have caused the business to respond poorly when someone questions aspects of services rendered. That doesn't make it okay, and that sort of reaction COSTS the business more than it realizes in the form of trust and customer confidence. My most recent experience cost a great deal of long standing trust. Sort of like when your faithful pet suddenly turns on you and bites your hand so bad that you can almost never trust them again. A safety oversight that I found on my bike could have been fatal for me. But their reaction was not remotely close to appreciating that any technician doing even a mediocre job, should have found what I found wrong. Trust is everything. And they did make things right for me. But whether or not the trust that was lost over the entirety of this situation will result in my future business remains vague at best. I sincerely hope that someone from OAM sees this and considers the merits of it's publication and takes them to heart.

Sadly, after being customer from day 1 (literally, I was at the opening at their first location), I will not patronize OAM anymore. The team has changed, so has the customer service attitude. I remember the good old days when Michael was calling me by my first name and was always smiling to every customer. Now, it seems that I always bother the guys at the counter, even when I pay $650 for changing a seal that I have to buy by myself because they cannot figure out how to find it online. Look at the recent reviews they are mostly bad.During the last service of my motorcycle they screw up and gave it back to me not working anymore. Did they call me? No. Did they apologize? No. I am giving the new team a couple of years before they ruin the business and fold. I feel sad, I fell sorry, Tucson lost a good neighborhood motorcycle shop. Fortunately, there are others, and I will go where my patronage is appreciated. See you soon Evan.

While I rarely review businesses, these guys meet the criteria for one exception. I've had them rebuild the ohlins suspension on my track bike (GSXR) and the ohlins suspension plus full workup and service on my KTM dirt bike. However, both pale in comparison to the service I received with my BMW R1200GS. While in for an 80k mile service, the Service Manager Josiah spotted a broken throttle cable and found the primary coils to be going out. Having planned a trip to Northern California that I could not change the dates of, OAM had the replacement parts expedited. Saturday arrived (departure date of the coming monday) and my parts had yet to show up. Surprisingly, the shipping company dropped the ball (SARCASM) and the parts were scheduled to arrive on Monday, a day that OAM is closed.Knowing the situation, Service Manager Josiah and Parts Manager Ken came in on Monday to both receive the parts, and repair my bike. Let me reiterate: THEY CAME IN ON A DAY OFF to repair my motorcycle. Not only that, one of them had attended the funeral of a a close family member that very morning. Words cannot express my love and gratitude for these guys. I'm 33 years old, have lived in various places around the country as well as Australia. I've been in and around the industry since I was a kid. And I have NEVER seen any motorcycle shop go this far above and beyond the norm to help their customers and friends. On Any Moto has made me a customer for life. More so, they treat their customers as family, something unheard of in 2020. If you have a need for service, parts, are shopping for a new bike, or just want to kill some time, you will be doing yourself a grave disservice if you don't make it a point to stop by. Thank you On Any Moto. You are a shining star amongst a darkened void.

Had the Ride Command go out on my Polaris General. Guys squeezed me in so my rig did not sit in weather. Diagnosed problem as shorted amp and ordered parts. Got parts in couple days and drove down for install today. Honest, friendly and competent. These are my new guys for SXS issues.
