Oliv - Tucson

This is a tough review to write because there are two extremes. The apartment is beautiful and has all of the amenities that a student needs. There are some nice luxuries such as a pool, spa, gym, attached garage and study lounge. The problem is with management's lack of responsiveness and general inadequacy. The elevators, when working, are very slow and they are down much too frequently considering there are 12 floors. That's a lot of stair climbing!

I love living here. I have lived here for the past 2 years and just re signed. It is understandable with student housing that there is going to issues and some of the reviews highlight that. While all properties near by deal with similar reviews and comments that stem from the extreme high demand of student housing, oliv does an amazing job at solving issues. I feel very safe in my building, the night security guard is very nice and makes a point to know each resident individually. Management is doing their best. I feel very lucky to have secured a spot in oliv. Despite all these reviews I know the building is constantly sold out. The events are so fun and the team downstairs are so friendly.

If you're looking for the best rooftop pool in Tucson - look no further. OLIV's amenities and location sold me but the staff made me truly love OLIV; maintenance is quick, move-in is beyond easy, and the front desk workers never hesitate to ask about my day. While I did get stuck in the elevator once for an hour, OLIV was quick to get us help and the other residents with me were quite sweet (we all follow each other on insta now lol). You can't ask for a better college apartment - you're in the center of all the action while still getting a luxury apartment experience. OLIV gives me a safe place to retreat in the midst of the crazy college campus. P.S. the roof is INSANE for pictures for my girls - see below :)

service people are in my unit every month. this month, my water to my shower decided to break and so it only spits out cold water. i'm tired of having to put in requests for stuff that should just work. last month, my electricity stopped working. i had put in a request to get my AC unit replaced and it took them from september 2024 all the way until last week to be able to fix it. please fix your utilities if you're going to have hundreds of college students living at your complex.

I have had a great time living at Oliv Tucson. My apartment is gorgeous with an incredible view. The staff is friendly and helps out whenever they can. Elevators do break often, but get replaced fast.

As others have said, we moved our son into a filthy one bedroom. It was damaged (we took photos) and was not taken care of by previous tenants. We filmed our move-in and took lots of pictures. On move out, we also filmed and took photos.As others noted, their goal was to not return any of our security deposit as they charged numerous things to reduce our deposit to $0. The deposit ($500) is most likely chosen to avoid pursuit of legal action as it's not worth getting a local attorney. We moved our son to a different and new facility. Would highly recommend avoiding the Oliv. They are lucky that there are few options due to UoA acceptance % and too many kids.

I have loved living at oliv! The units are nice and the layouts are supper continent! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend these apartments!

I love living in Oliv! very clean and modern and always having fun activities for residents, despite the fact that our air was broken for 2 weeks and that the elevators break it is still an enjoyable experience

Today my daughter moved out of Oliv. She had a great experience. I am grateful to the staff for their support. I would especially like to thank Alys Hidalgo and Will Edeal for their help in making the check out process seamless.

I love this place! The front desk staff is so nice and welcoming and the location can't be better. I love the rooftop pool and the views! Their events are really fun and their Instagram is really cute too.
