Old West Cleaning

We have been fulltime RVers for 3 years and have never had our carpets cleaned. Anthony came out to where we are staying and worked some absolute magic! He first explained the process and what to expect, and then let us know what we could do to protect our carpets and better maintain them. You can tell he really knows his craft and was eager to do a really good job. And he did an outstanding job! Our carpets are night and day from what they were. Old West went above and beyond and we are thrilled with the results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Haven't used this company for cleaning g but I definitely won't with the way their drivers are on the road. This d bag cut us off damn near clipping our car and didn't even give a crap about it. We honked thinking maybe he didn't see us but he just continued on like he didn't care!

We bought a house that had been a rental. The house had been professionally cleaned but when we had Old West Cleaning come out and clean and seal the tile - what major difference! Night and day! Black and white! Shane and Anthony did a marvelous job on 15 year old tile. Brought it back to new again. I can't say enough about the job that they did.

I'll say this, when they quote $99 as their minimum they mean it. They told me when I called to make the appointment that they had this minimum and I was on board, I assumed it would take almost an hour to work the small room I had. The appointment was for 11 and Justin arrived on time @ approx 11:05. I was seriously bummed when he was done by 11:21. I wish he would have offered to do another part of the house since it only took him 16 minutes, or offered to reduce the price. It felt like I got duped. I will say this though, carpet looks and smells good.

The best cleaning company in the Cochise area. I highly recommend them because of their work, and quality of service. The team even removed a stain, that could not be removed by another company. My carpets look brand new.

They did a great job cleaning my whole house tile grout. Looks brand new. Fast and efficient.

My floors ( grout) are so clean. My floors are great, and I had two big chairs in living room cleaned as well!WOW. Great job and great value.In the past I've hired acouple different companies when we had carpet to clean the grout as well. Never happy with it. But this was a great experience. Our first time using this company and will not be the last.We had a busted waterpipe in the backyard while we were away and you can imagine, with 5 dogs, the condition of our house/furniture when we got home. Old West cleaning arrived on time, sent text messages to let us know who exactly was coming to our home and when. He did an amazing job and our couches look like new!

Contracted them for a move out cleaning to take place August 10th, all they did was vacuumUpdate: Shane and I played a little phone tag this morning, still haven't gotten a hold of him. It seems there may have been some confusion over what they were contracted to do. I'm working to fix the problem.

Great tile floor cleaning service. We had a short timeline to get our title floors cleaned. They adjusted there schedule to help us. Our floors and grout had turned black. (from kids and animals.) in a couple of hours they had it looking brand new. It was amazing. Wish we had used them early. Everyone thought we had new floors put down.
