I've never known a pup healthier than him and I plan to keep it that way
Just the cutest cutie you've ever seen.

It's been years of us coming to Old Pueblo and our family has nothing but amazing things to express! Starting from them taking us in on an emergency and discovering that our family dog is diabetic, they quickly acted and helped us with her treatment! Today they got her in due to a leg injury, did an X-ray and treated her and our family so kindly. In a moment where our pet was in pain and our kids afraid the team at Old Pueblo did everything to comfort and reassure us of her well being.

They are super rude at the front desk. Needed X-rays done on my dog that regularly goes there and they refused to do them. I'm not going back to them again. Their office smells like cat pee, I can barely stand being in there with my dogs without gagging. Horrible place of business, going back to my old vet they treat people and pets way better. Don't bring your pets here they don't care about them. They got upset because I'm taking my dog to a different vets office for surgery she needs. That's not a way to do business, you lost loyal customers and will keep doing so with your poor attitudes and customer care.

I am a huge advocate for great customer service no matter what it is for. I was referred to this clinic to bring my fur baby to have an exam. From the first call I made the person answering the phone seemed so unwelcoming I wondered "if this is any reflection on the service, I'm in trouble." I preceded to share why I was calling and what I was looking for and wanted to make an appointment for my fur baby to be seen for as soon as possible. Her unfriendly demeanor and less than enthused concern about my fur baby really left me with an uncertain feeling of, maybe she really didn't want any new customers or perhaps she doesn't like what she is doing. After hesitantly making the appointment anyway, I hung up. Right after I began to call around and found another place to bring my fur baby to instead. Feeling so much more relieved, I quickly called back to cancel the appointment with her. She never asked why or even seemed the least bit interested in losing out on a new customer. It is sad to me that great customer service is such a rare thing to find these days. I will travel miles and pay more just to get it!

I started going to Old Pueblo Veterinary Clinic over 25 years ago when it had a different owner. I was concerned when it changed hands that it might not still have high standards, but in the past 8 years they treated my dog with skill and care. My little Terrier/poodle mix was diagnosed with congestive heart failure 6 months ago and the care he received could not have been better. From the greetings of the front desk through the knowledgeable techs to the superb Dr. Pedley, we felt at home, well informed, and well cared for. When my dog, Bogie died, they even sent me a card with notes from everyone, including the doctor.

I brought two of my dogs here for their dental surgeries and they did an amazing job and even checked in with me to see how they're doing. Their prices are much more affordable than other vet places I've found and they were very kind to me and my babies. To acknowledge some of the other reviews saying it stinks in there, yes it may be a little smelly in there but the building is old and small so it's understandable. All I care about is how my dogs are treated and how well they're taken care of, which they did a wonderful job of and I highly recommend them! Thank you :)

They saved my cat "Little Bear" I had lost hope and thought she was going to die. The amazing vet felt something off in her abdomen and after an xray we found the real problem That the emergency vet missed. So blessed to have found them they also came in lower than the estimated cost. So grateful to have found them!

These people are unfit to practice veterinary medicine on any animal. Rude as hell front desk personnel who got mad b/c I wouldn't buy an extra add-on. Because they were mad, they delayed getting us the results of our dog's lab work for an extra three days. So they're perfectly willing to take it out on an animal if they don't like the human. Unprofessional, condescending, belittling. Spare yourself.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!My dog Ice has been completely unable to walk for the past week and due to financial issues I could not afford treatment! The wonderful people at PACC approved me for a $500 credit that can be brought to approved clinics which I was told THIS CLINIC IS!I am without transportation working two jobs 80 hrs a week and these heartless people are refusing service because they have a completely ARBITRARY RULE where if you pull a no call no show rather than checking in or following up they would quite literally just blacklist the customer entirely despite whatever circumstances may be.I had a no call no show appointment that I do not even recall from 2021!!! For a DIFFERENT DOG!!! So they now refuse to accept my PACC credit in addition to refusing to even see my dog!If you are shopping around for vets PLEASE STEER CLEAR! These horribly rude and unprofessional people do NOT CARE about ANIMALS AT ALLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very disappointed in my experience here!-500/10

if I could give this place no stars i would. it's filthy. there is poop all over the floor. it smells terrible. The vet and vet techs are rude. I waited over a hour for a vaccination appointment while there was a vicious large bull dog in there. one man had to hide in the bathroom with his pet so the bull dog couldn't see them. it was nuts , too crowded and very dangerous.

This review is now two years in the making. At first I was just going to chaulk our experience up to a horrible one and move on. But now, ethically, I cannot. We took our pup there for a dental cleaning. Very straight forward standard procedure. Signed off saying if he needed tooth extractions that would be fine. However I was thinking (my mistake) that they would call first and give us a heads up just so we could be prepared for both the extra costs and pain management afterwards. Nope. They called and said pup is ready. GREAT! Turns out he had multiple extractions. A bloody face that was not cleaned up. And in lots of pain. What kind of vet does this?! They just gave the dog back to us with a bottle of pain meds and basically said good luck. We vowed never to return.Fast forward two years later we have a great new vet and it was time for a new dental cleaning. Dr. took XRAY-s and called us saying there was a problem. His previous dental work was compltely botched up and there were still bone fragments/roots left by previous surgery. OMG! This is malpractice. Now our little guy is going to need extensive oral surgury to correct what Old Pueblo should have done in the first place.
