I've been trying to Vape for years and I've been to most of the businesses in Tucson. The staff at Old Pueblo Vapor went out of their way to educate me on everything they could think of. They attempted to help me with the old vape devices I had and made sure I understood the one they sold to me. When I managed to mess that one up they did everything they could to keep me vaping. I'm two weeks without a smoke now. I highly recommend OPV to anyone starting out. They were more concerned with me learning than making the sale.

Justin, the store manager took all the time necessary to help me find the right product, I was thinking of purchasing a mod with all the various components which would have ran me a lot of money. Instead of just going for the sale, Justin offered a number of alternatives too, and in the end I got a great little pod kit that is perfect for me.

Review in one word? Dakota. The man is a vape savant! In need of a new mod and some coils, I went in today based on these Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. The shop was welcoming and cool, and we were greeted by the staff in a very authentic (rather than automatic) manner. Dakota thoroughly attended to every question and concern I had. I walked out with everything I went in for, along with a wealth of needed information. Good stuff. Thanks OPV!

My husband and I usually buy all our vape needs online but when his 2nd Cupti 2 broke at the same time as mine went missing we couldn't wait a week for new mods to come in the mail & we wanted to try something new because a coworker had a mod we really liked. We were looking for something with a lot of flavor. We decided to stop by OPV on payday because we remember when we had to resort to using an old vape but didn't have any coils for it they graciously gave us one for free that had been opened but not used. So on payday we returned. We were greeted by Mondo who knew from the pics of our coworkers mod exactly what we were looking for, he was actually vaping the model up from it himself. Mondo listened to our needs & situation and gave us a great deal on 2 Voopoo Drags with Valyrian coil kits. We always used Kangertech mods and were skeptical about changing brands but Mondo made us feel secure in the decision. Afterwards we did a tasting with him and got the deal of 3 15ml bottles for $22 and left very happy customers. This payday we returned for more juice & again was greeted by Mondo. He wanted to know how our new mods were working out & we let him know we were very pleased except my husbands did leak a little. Mondo immediately assessed his vape and offered to take apart and clean both of our vapes. The leaking, which started a week after we bought the vapes was simply because we vape at a little lower watt and my husband vapes a little more and his coil needed replacement. Considering it had been two weeks this made sense. So after cleaning our tanks and replacing our coils we did another tasting. As before Mondo was courteous and kind and professional and took good care of us and this time we left with 4 30ml bottles ea flavor as delicious as the next. Mondo was right about my husbands coil because it hasn't leaked since. So now every payday we vow to be there for coils and juice. I would recommend OPV to anyone, whether you think you know it all about vaping or just starting out. Everyone there is very kind and the atmosphere is beautiful and laid back. If ya vape and haven't been there yet go to OPV!!!

I drive 20-30 minutes to come here because they are simply the best! They are always super honest, helpful, and friendly! Today, Gabby spent so much time with me, and answered every question I had with a smile and great attitude. But that's the experience I get with everyone that works here, without fail, with every visit. They also only stock devices they personally like, and keep them in stock for a while- so I don't have to constantly keep changing mine out for the new pods, coils, etc. Go here! You won't regret it!

DO NOT BUY MODS HERE. I bought an alien kit 4 months ago. At $112 and have bought an upgraded tank and all my liquids from them. (I knew I was spending more but didn't mind as I was keeping my money local). My mod went out on me and seemed like a simple swap. Smok website recommends that any warranty claims be dealt with through the retailer. My kit falls within the 6 month warranty. Well, the owner said he could do nothing as they will only take care of mods that fall under their own 1 month warranty. So know I have to hassle with phone calls, forms, and shipping my mod back. For a brick and mortar company that sells equip higher than online retailers I expected better service. Yes, their liquids are top notch and have friendly staff. But if I wanted the run around, I could of shopped online and at least saved myself 40 bucks. Get your liquids here but as far as mods, tanks, and batteries shop elsewhere.
