Very good guys. Family shop. I've brought a few firearms here for various work and have always been treated right. Fair prices, great work. Turnaround time is very fair.

I used to really enjoy this place. But I they raised prices on FFL transfers to 50 bucks. I take blame for not calling to see if they were going to bend over their customers. I could see it going from 20 to 30 but 50. F**k you. I explained being a loyal customer and a veteran and was told to kick rocks. Will never do business with them again.

I have used Old Pueblo several times for various reasons and on various firearms. Every time they were polite, professional -- and just as important, they always take the time to answer questions, and explain the process. I won't go to any other gunsmith in Tucson!

I took my pistol with the mal-function to Mario and he quickly and expertly solved the issue. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

I had an old .22 that needed a new front sight. After being unable to find the exact same type of front sight online I took it into Old Pueblo Gunsmith. Even though I was late to our appointment the owner was courteous and fit me into his schedule anyway. You can tell this guy knows what he's doing. It took him twenty minutes tops to assess what type of front sight would be compatible, remove the broken sight, and install the new one. Great local cottage industry. All for $40 out the door. This place is where I'll be going for my future gun-smithing needs.

A veteran owned business I highly recommend. Mario was very congenial and professional in my dealing with him. Not only did he professionally install a muzzle break on my AR-15 barrel, he took the time to explain the Federal length requirements. I can highly recommend this shop for your gunsmith needs and will utilize the services here again as needed.

Terrible! Be careful taking a nice firearm to this guy. I went by to have sights installed and picked up my slide today with large gashes in the side and the front-sight edge dented up. It was a brand new $600+ gun, less than 50 rounds, with a slide that was spotless. Now, it is gashed up on the front and back. He said he worked with CZ pistols before. I provided him the aluminum punches and all. They were never touched. Also, being a gunsmith (or a machinist that works on guns) he should have all he needs and know what to use. Again, this slide was spotless. He charged me half of the original $80. He offered to cerakote it for the full $80 in return. I learned that he would do the cerakote himself and became disinterested. Bottom line, this should not have happened. This was an investment for me and I was super excited to get these sights on. Keep your firearms away from this guy.
