Olander's Window Replacement

Excellent service and quality! We couldn't be happier. We were originally told the windows would take 5 months, but they came in 3! They are just beautiful! Our house feels cooler and quieter, and the installation team was kind and careful, they cleaned up the mess, and we just couldn't be happier!

I had Olander's replace every window in my home. I researched and received estimates from 3 companies. Olander's were extremely great to work with. They offered the best energy package, for the best price. The men that did the installation were meticulous, kind, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves each day. I highly recommend Olander's, a locally owned company that's been servicing Tucson for almost 70 years.

We upgraded all of our old single-pane casements to fiberglass windows and Olander's did an amazing job - from Patrick coming out to do all the measurements and help us figure out what we wanted, to Jenna working out all the administrative stuff, to Sid doing an impeccable job with the installation. We liked them so much that we're having them come back to do the installation in our new guest house. We're considering ordering more windows after that, not because we need more windows but just because we just want to spend more time with the Olander's staff. Love this business. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Very satisfied with the whole process. Came out for an estimate. Once we finalized the estimate, they came back out for final measurements. Windows ordered, arrived in about 4 weeks, and installed in a week. All of the folks we dealt with were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The crew came out and did what was expected. They took care of unforeseen events quickly and without issue. No mess left, no sign they were even there except brand new windows! Highly recommend Olander's for you window needs. We will be back when it's time to replace the remaining windows in our home.

Olander's did an outstanding job installing my replacement windows. I love my new windows! The installers were professional and friendly. Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up afterwards. No complaints. Only praise for a job well done!

Olander's have replaced almost all our windows in our 2-story house and we couldn't be more proud and happy of the finished product. We have one more stage and we'll add that for 2024. It was best for us to do the window replacements in stages. I would like to add that Miguel & Josh did an outstanding job along with their crew for the big heavy window. Miguel had to do some woodworking as well to add our window treatments onto the wall and not the window and did a terrific job. Thanks again & we will be calling next year. No heat when you touch the window and a/c bill will definitely go down.

tl;dr: highest recommendations.About 20 years ago, we replaced the windows in our house in Pittsburgh. Went through all the bidding process, research, asking others, etc. So we knew the ropes.Very long story short, we went with Olander's for our windows here (Sunrise Meadows, up by Sabino Canyon). They were, by far, the most professional in their bid (no pressure, no "today only," no slagging on others). They were also the lowest bid. And they did an absolutely stellar job on the install. Exceeds expectations!

I'd like you to know just how much we appreciated the extra effort the Olander team put into correcting a leak in our new 95" picture window. It's not unusual for a business to make a mistake. What is somewhat unusual is for a business to admit to the mistake AND to go to the lengths Olander went to in order to correct it. Very impressive! Since buying our place a few years ago we've had to make many decisions. One of the best decisions we made was in hiring the good people at Olander's. People with high standards, a strong business ethic and an unconditional commitment to customer satisfaction. We love our new Milgard windows and we loved the reasonable price

Olanders did a superior job replacing the last original window (1947)in my home. Tony and his assistant were also able to repair a botched installation of 4 windows by another company. The trim made all the difference and saved me from having to replace 4 more windows. I highly recommend them!
