OK Feed & Supply

They carry Open Farm wet and dry cat food, which is what my kitties eat. They have a wide variety of other premium cat and dog foods to choose from if you have a picky eater. The Open Farm brand is the same price here as it would be if I bought it online, so I support local. I've been happy with the service all the times I've come in. Unless the staff is busy helping other customers, I've been greeted when I walk in. I was informed of the loyalty program and am always prompted to provide my number. They also offer case discounts on food. Convenient location. Products I need. Good prices. Friendly service.

I am giving the store 3 stars because of their product return policy. I have an account there and I buy the dry Open Farm food for my dogs. On my previous visit, I bought a case of the Open Farm wet food. None of my dogs would eat it. I have never had that happen with wet food. I intended to exchange the remaining cartons in the case for their usual wet food. Despite the fact that I have an account and they know that I bought it there, they would not allow me to return or exchange it because I did not have my receipt. This is how you destroy customer goodwill. I would like to support a local business but not when they take advantage of me. They just lost a customer.

Actually I don't have any animals but I have come to this Feed and Supply for pest control. A lot of horse people have some kind of structure and storage. Rats and mice are a problem .The solution is one bite bait bars. About the size of a candy bar with a hole down the center. They can be wired to a post as a bait station or tossed where they are living. The bait thins the blood, they fight and bite and die. I use tongs and never touch the bait. I've been using this bait from this store almost 20 years. My pest is pack rats. Always works.

Returned on July 8th, and glad that I did. In fact, the service was so excellent, I wanted to share an updated review. I selected this feed store, because of the enormous selection of Evengers, Against The Grain, Chewi & Stellas, and Natural Balance - my favorites, and most importantly, my pets favorites. While choosing a variety, at least two employees offered to help me find what I needed and one carried heavy items to the register area. I also noticed the difference in price; .10 cents to .30 cents less expensive per can than I've seen elsewhere, so for me, it's worth the drive to get the $avings. Highly recommend the brands, selection and great service.

Our household loves this store! Why, you ask? Terrific variety of foods, treats, and toys for our pup! Birdseed for the bird feeder! Lots of other items! Terrific staff!! Thank you for your efforts, OK Feed and Supply!!!

My pup is 16 years old, she stopped eating the food she had been eating for 14 years it was making her sick. I went to sprouts to find her food spent $50 in food that she wouldn't eat in it outhat she wouldn't eat ended up going to OK feed supply. I got a bag of dog food and one of the ladies in the store gave me a sample bag of this dog food. I tried it and my dog loved it. She's working on her second bowl. She is only 5lbs. She lost 2 from not eating. I'm so happy. If your dog is having issues eating, try this. It didn't even make her sick when i changed he food. OK FS is my dog food supply store from now on. They give great customer service and have always been nice to me and my husband when we go in. Thank you so much for being so kind in helping me find something good for my pup to eat.

Highly recommend. Vast assortment of the best you can buy pet food, I buy dog food but they have something for everyone! Cats, birds, horses etc. High quality, the best you can find! Plus fresh eggs! Seriously if you love your pet only buy their food, treats, toys, supplies, and necessities from OK FEED!

OK Feeds gets a triple 5 star rating from us! I've been buying our dog food from them for years We found out our beloved dog has cancer and went to OK Feeds to find out what to feed him. We knew a little bit about Keto diets and cancer so that's where we started. All the staff were knowledgeable. They gave us suggestions about the different diets and possibilities. Michelle knew about a company they were working with named "SOLUTIONS" for fresh frozen Keto meals and supplements. She printed out some information about "cancer and metabolism" by the company. Michelle helped us choose some of their products and said if our dog rejects the food, we can return it for credit. Michelle also suggested giving him unflavored Pedialyte for dehydration, which was insightful. We gave her a snapshot of what happened and that we were looking for a different veterinary service who understood more than the traditional long standing approach. She made a good suggestion and we immediately for an appointment. Thank you OK Feeds staff and Michelle!!

Gonna drop a five star because;1.) my pup LOVES this place lolol best selection of dog food, treats, bones, etc. out of anywhere in the entire city (which I think everyone can agree with) and the reason we drive across town to come here and;2.) idk why people are complaining that the workers seem like they have an attitude! So it looks like they need the 5 star - I love this place so I'm gonna give it. Also.. anyone giving negative reviews about CS - lemme ask you this: what time did you go? the ONLY time I have gotten that vibe (on the dog/cat side -- I'll get to the actual "feed" side in a moment) was when I COMPLETELY forgot they close earlier and literally walked in there like 10 mins before closing I almost straight up apologized, but I just quickly rushed my pup and I in and out. I felt terrible. And I could kinda feel their vibes.. which.. is fully my fault, not theirs!! When I've worked anywhere and someone walked in minutes before closing, I acted with the exactttt same attitude. And everyone has good/bad days! Some days they LOVE my pup. They make him do all his tricks for multiple treaties and he just gets over the moon excited to see them he loves his ladies lmaooo. Lemme also preface by saying.. my pup is a BADD boy jumping up on the counter to get a look at his ladies. (That's what I call them we get in the car and I tell him "you love your ladies?!" Hahah) he tries to get behind the counter to see them attempts to jump on people. They SHOULD be rude to us but they're total sweethearts and my pup absolutely loves them. Now.. the feed side is a wholeee other story. Wow. Number 1.) what is that selection?! It's a FEED store. I was SHOCKED after coming for years for their incredible dog selections.. then when hatched a buncha quail and came here thinking I'd find everything I need. Not the case Then.. got forbid I need help with something lol the lady on the feed side was very rude to me. I couldn't believe it. I wonder if some of these reviews are about her? I literally told her, "I'm gonna go ahead and grab my stuff to check out on the dog side, is that okay?" ...as I lug a huge bag over there I hope they get a more quality game bird selection so I can make this my regular stop for them as well. All I know is; if you have a bad first impression of the ladies up front on the dog side, give them a chance! How could you not if you're a dog/cat owner?! ESPECIALLY if you go raw. My pup was raw fed from 5 weeks old until about two years old. This was our place. With this economy tho?? Sadly, I began working 100+ hours per week so I didn't have the time (or honestly funds) to keep up with it. But with kibble, their rewards system is incredibleee!! Every time they tell me, "would you like to use your points to deduct $20 off?" I tell them it shocks me every time highly recommend signing up and becoming a regular if you enjoy a discount! Anyways.. all that to say -- we LOVE Ok Feed! I've written a few 5 star reviews other places for them already because it's just the best of the best when it comes to dog food, hands down! And my pup loves his ladies lol we need to praise small businesses when they offer quality products!!
