$5 wash!Windshield sprayed *and* pre-brushed!Grill sprayed *and* pre-brushed!Tires sprayed!Local and family owned!YESSSSSSS!!!ETA I was so excited to find a car wash that didn't charge an arm and a leg for the bare minimum wash that I forgot to mention it's now called Blue Whale car wash.

Pretty good results for the price! They offer a discount if you combine service packages. My car needed some serious detailing, and they did a good job of getting my rubber mats spotless and the carpeting beneath clean. They seemed to forget my leather seats though, as there were still stains present that looked easy to wipe up. Overall worth it though!

They did a great job overall. Had them clean the inside and outside of my vehicle. Paid what I thought was fair price to get inside and outside done. Well as she was finishing the vehicle. She locked my keys in the vehicle. Instead of getting a real apology about it. It was like meh sorry. I was incredibly frustrated because I had to pay my insurance to come out and get my stupid car unlocked since I had given them the fob to work on my car. I had appointments later after this car wash. I had to reschedule and push them back because of this inconvenience. To get a like a oops okay sorry kind of deal which made me wait an extra 30 mins to have someone else come out to unlock my vehicle was upsetting. Would recommend someone else that seems to care a little more when they make a mistake that costs money for something like this.

I went to this car wash the other day for the first time. I selected the least expensive wash and was really impressed with the service provided for the money spent. I would highly recommend this wash to all. Bring some cash to give to the service folks too.

Best car wash in Tucson. They have developed soft brushes and special soaps. $10 is basic and my car always looks better than when I wash it myself.

Free vacuums Free paint damage Free dents You pay for what you get. It's better to wash your own car, and save yourself the wet spots and damages.

Cheap service at $3.00. It was their $5.00 service, but it was $2.00 off. Why, I don't know, when, I don't know, either.You vacuum your car first for free. Powerful vacuums. I just wish that they had the rake kind of nozzles so that they didn't stick so much to the surface.Drove the car through. Didn't quite get all the dirty spots, missed two. Air blower dried then hand dried at the end.Not bad, not bad. I might use their service again. I think it beat paying $3.00 for me to do it myself.

After five years of two cars every Sunday morning at the W Valencia location I have just completed signing up with their competition.....Normally everything went well at this location until the last visit, where I was insulted and treated very rudely by an employee. When I went inside and requested to speak with the manager related to this issue I was told that the rude, insulting employee IS the manager.If management is going to treat customers like that they sure don't deserve my business!

First the bad. As soon as I pulled up the girl walked over, went straight to the back of my car? And then walked right passed my open window, got her little menu and went to my window. I had to say hi first, like not gonna lie at first I thought maybe she was deaf, before showing me the menu she started writing on my window? .No greeting no "hi" no "which one would you like" nothing . I had to be like hi can I get blah blah please and she just waited for my card, still not saying anything. she took my card and just handed it back no "have a nice day" or anything. Super weird. The good: The young guy that was operating was great. He was friendly and cleaned the front in a nice way. The guy who toweled off was nice too. Poor guy was all by himself. As I was leaving I saw there was a little line starting and the first girl was under the umbrella with her head straight up looking up like she was over it. Management if you read this, have a friendly person be up front. I work in customer service and that was just rude.

Wash was sub par for $40 (discounted from $50). Both windhields still had bugs and dirt on them. Interior armorall was streaky and not evenly wiped down. I was told the service take 45 mins since no one in front of me. it took 19 minutes and that was split between two people also servicing new car drive ups and the drive thru. Upon entrance of my car the seat smelled like weed. At first i ignored it, then as i ran an errand re-entered smell was still lingering. Clearly it was on the employees clothes and was transferred as they say in the seats cleaning. Will not return
