Octopus Car Wash

This location is now Blue Whale Car Wash. Not sure how long since they took over from Octopus, but very pleased with the Blue Whale experience. A small army of employees were moving cars, including mine, through efficiently from greeting, vacuuming, washing, and hand drying. Pro tip - half off the ultimate package on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Change in name, now "Blue Whale" and a huge drop in service and options. This place has sunk even further under new management. Prices are super high! Quality of wash is questionable. And on the day I went, Monday at 10:30am, they were way understaffed. Added an additional 10 minutes to weight, which was already 15 minutes Car wash. I will be looking for another full service car wash. This place has lost my business!

This was a good car wash at one time, but no more. No interior cleaning. I used to have them wax my car a couple of times a year and used the wash frequently. Not worth the money.

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely awful. The whole back of my car is still covered in dirt. The inside wasn't wiped at all. I got "the works" and it looks barely touched. Will not make the same mistake twice of going here.

I brought a friends filthy car, O to team made it beautiful with the $54 package. Truly beautig!So I brought a boss' truck- prolly last washed at least 9 Mo ago, and lives on a dirt road. The exterior was remarkably dirty. The Octo team has my, and the boss' sincere thanks - almost unrecognizable! It looks so good.

Too pricy for what it is. I had a full service detail done here and it cost almost $200. The did a fine enough job but not what I would call a true car detailing. Also the products they used left a greasy film on my dash and steering wheel that I had to wipe down when I got home. My suggestion, get the regular $20-$30 service paying up above that isn't worth it. They do a good job on the exterior and running a vacuum through the vehicle but not $200 good.

This place is now blue whale, new name same poor service. Interior was not vacuumed properly, still had crumbs and dirt on the console. Interior windows left with smudges and fingerprints. The manager, female with glasses is also very rude and unprofessional. Will never give this place my business again.

I would not recommmend this place! You paying top dollar to get the ultimate package and you get junk! Not sure if it was just a bad day but for sure not coming back to this car wash! The quality is no where near as advertised. One good thing about this is the employees try to help out and apologize for the service.

Process not good...a total cluster...poor management...poor staff training...better alternatives to get your car washed...available with better results.........Cheers!!!...

Octopus is now Blue Whale Car Wash. Should be named Blue Fail.Almost 1 hour to get my car washed and only about 4 cars ahead of me.Tried to call the number on the receipt to complain but it was not in service.
