NOS Computers

The NOS quote for a custom PC was cheaper than the one from Best Buy and several services were included. Colin and Joseph transferred all my old files on to the new computer in addition to getting rid of the "bloat ware" all new computers unfortunately come with. They also promise to take care of any minor issues should they arise in the future. When I had difficulty adjusting to the new wireless mouse, they allowed me to take a couple home to "play with" until I found one that was comfortable. I can't imagine a big box store giving as much attention and help as NOS routinely does. I highly recommend them!

I trust computer guys like car guys; I don't. For the same reason of course; because I dont know more about why I need them than they do. I went into NOS to buy a computer and shopped around and they did me a great deal on my computer. Could not be happier. Then I bought a huge printer I could not figure out how to use. When it had a problem because of a Microsoft update I thought it was broken. They came out and fixed it free of charge because it was neither party's fault it was Microsofts. You can trust these guys that they know what they are talking about and are not trying to sell you stuff you do not need. Great customer service!

laptop crashed, took it to NOS @ 10am, diagnosed as a virus infection and estimated $150 to fix it. called me at 4pm same day saying laptop problem has been fixed, and it wasn't necessary to reload software and the cost would be $110, and come pick it up.....WOW , couldn't believe the speed of repair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed a written repair quote for insurance purposes and this is one of the few places I could find that would offer one. They were quick, friendly, and gave me what I wanted - without even charging! They are a tiny tiny brand new store and are too nice to go out of business. Hope to do more business with them in the future.

Love NOS. We have used them for repairs of our computers and for purchasing new computers as well. And they will take away the old computers and parts that you don't want anymore and recycle them properly at no charge.

I am sitting, actually standing (as they don't even have a chair but have kept me waiting for 30min) in the store now. It is the fourth time I have come up to the store just to have the two guys walk to the back and only come to the front to help people as they walk in. They already have my money, and have waisted plenty of my time, so they won't even make eye contact as they pass. So now on to my fantastic service experience. Came in with a dead box, they ran me through a $45 cost and possible $99 cost for "full install." Well who would have thought, it turns out it's not $45 or $99 but those two combined plus they wanted an additional 300 for a "full backup" and an external hard drive to put my old data on. All I wanted was some pictures and music off the old clunker and got talked into, well more like forced into a two week ordeal with a dude who has an awful australian accent an specializes in taking people's $$$. Great little shop here, hope they are looking forward to all the free time they will have on their hands when this place closes.Ps. No wonder they handout bogus "hand written quotes" they have already stolen enough innocent $$$ along the way.Pps. Still waiting.....

I was visiting from another city, when My laptop accidentally slipped out of my hands. The laptop would power up, but I could not view anything. My trip to BestBuy was disappointing after a long wait. I would had to ship my laptop out.....before anyone could even attempt to diagnose the problem.I then went to NOS. The difference in customer service was light night and day. Although the staff was busy, they took time to see if they could simply tighten the connections on my laptop. Everything was in tact, but apparently loose under the screen. An hour after I left the laptop in their care, they call me back to let me know that everything was in working order. There was no need to buy an external monitor etc. No only did the staff at NOS save me time, but they also saved me money!!! I am very grateful that they were honest enough to do a minor repair, when they could have easily made more money by selling me more equipment. I am a very happy customer!!!!

Terrible service. Took a computer tower in for repair of Windows 10 software. Got it back with all the apps missing along with alot of data. Would not recommend this business for anything that you value.

Worked with Sean was very helpful and took the time to explain issue. Was up and running very shortly after issue with IE. Very happy with results will definitely use in the future.
