Northwest Urgent Care

Cathy's is so sweet and helped me with my appointment with cheer and delight. How refreshing! The clinic is bright and well organized and super efficient. Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner David Kerr is equally refreshing. He is extremely thorough and super patient while asking a plethora of questions to insure he understands exactly what the issue is. This was somewhat foreign to me. He was the opposite of arrogant and you could tell he genuinely cares. He didn't rush and took the need time to evaluate the issue. This is a fabulous clinic, and of course Kathy sent me home smiling with her sweet attitude and great demeanor. Highly recommend.

I've found the best Urgent Care in Oro Valley! From the friendly greeting at reception to the triage nurse! Then the PA came in, Hannah Thompson and she spent so much time with me asking many questions to get to the heart of my issue. It's a collaboration of you & them to get the best result. I did have X-rays done with a very nice woman who had a wonderful sense of humor. It Helped me to relax. I also received a list of physicians who are taking new patients which I really needed to set up a Primary Dr here! So happy I went there instead of the urgent cares closer to my home. I felt so much better when I left mentally & hopefully physically will be for coming. Highly recommend & I will always go here for a safe fast effective diagnosis.

Very clean facility. Friendly staff. However I went there for a referral to a specialist, which I did receive but I also got a diagnosis from the NP which turned out to be incorrect. In my opinion he was unqualified to make a diagnosis and instead should have simply provided a referral.
