This lady needs to be fired. Rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, the list goes on.

This 1 start review is for their ORO Valley location. My Bone Dex test was scheduled 5 1/2 months in advance, they called ME after receiving the orders. I show up today for the appointment and guess what? They have absolutely no record of me or my orders. No, I did not make a mistakes as I verified with Dr office that yes that was were the orders went, and as I said, they called me. What a waste of a trip, no I'm sorry, no we'll squeeze you in, no we'll reschedule you, just a "go away" attitude. I will NEVER go back to that location and urge others to stay away.Their NW hospital location is wonderful. That's where I have always gone and that's where I'll go back to.Oro Vally - the worst! NW hospital - great

This place is a waste of time. Very very long wait times and a lot of miscommunication. You could go and wait and wait and wait and never even get your test because of a miscommunication - which is exactly what happened to me. There are some big problems here and I would try to find somewhere else to go for sure.

Scheduled my appointment on line, showed up and no appointment. Was worked in, in short order. Biggest complaint is that the radiologist questioned me and then changed my personal information to what her *opinion* was on their paperwork AFTER I had SIGNED it, leaving the accuracy of my medical information questionable at best. This is supposed to be about scientific facts and not Politically Correct opinions. Irrelevant questions on their paperwork as well. No explanations as to why they need my father's name for a mammogram. Untrustworthy. Avoid them. Ask your PCP for a referral elsewhere.

I had a mammogram and received a letter saying I needed follow up. I called the number in the letter, left a message. It said NOT to leave multiple messages, so I waited patiently for one week. THen I called again, left another message. Waited another week. WTF? You send me a letter saying I might have cancer and no one can call me back to schedule the follow up you said I needed???

5 Stars to my Sonographer who was amazing! I wish I would have caught her name. She was patient, even though I was in pain. She also talked to me a lot and answered all of my questions which was a welcome distraction from the procedure. Minus one star because I was not informed of the high copay until I showed up there and was expected to pay it. They did work with me which was a very nice blessing, I just wish I would have known in advance as I would have had it with me.

While the tech staff performing the screenings and diagnostics are professional and friendly, the front waiting room is another story. Be forewarned that you will not remain the 30-45 minutes in the waiting room in peace. Bring earplugs! (They want you to arrive 30 minutes before your appt time.) There is a flat screen TV set on obnoxious television competition shows where there is a lot of screaming and loud yelling. It is set at an abnormally high volume. When requested to turn it to some music or turn the volume down, I was told no, it was due to HIIPA laws that they have it that loud....to drown out the intake desks around the corner in a nook off the waiting room. A more intelligent resolution would be to install a door on the nook area, rather than offend all those in the waiting room. My husband, who came with me, had to leave and wait in the car. I was forced to endure this loud obnoxious noise for 45 minutes before being taken back for my screening. Seems against the idea of "health care".

I had my first visit today and right away, Gloria (front office) put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. She's an amazing employee and deserves recognition for that. In fact, everyone who I met today was so kind and friendly. It made an uncomfortable visit pleasant! Thank you, ladies!

So I posted a review which was not a good one at all with Northwest imaging and they asked me to follow up with them and gave an email that they provided. It has been totally ignored. What a joke! First off Diane/Diana told my daughter that she would not do her ultrasound based on family history, even though her doctor requested it and the insurance approved it....I have stage 3 triple negative breast cancer which is very aggressive, her sister was diagnosed at age 27 with breast cancer. She is almost 26 with 4 children. She stayed to my daughter your doctor knows better than this!! Are you kidding me? She also stated " yes you very well could have cancer especially due to your family history. But, we refuse you due to family history not being a good enough reason. Tell me, in what universe does that make sense!! Shame on Diana/Diane and northwest womens imaging.

I have had to come to this place for 28 horrendous years. The ER is the worst I have ever had to deal with and rude nurses, uncaring sarcastic nurses. I am a nurse and the saying by all other hospitals saying to get a job the first and only requirement is you are a b**** is spot on. Today I or should I say last night I waited 7 hours to see someone. My own doctor, husband and others came usurped the physician so as usual NWMC decided to retaliate and I know it sounds like an exaggeration but a female paramedic in old filthy clothes not even clean scrubs decided I was going to be held hostage until my husband who was waiting outside for me came in so she could walk me out and see him so I was not driving, I get you do not drive on drugs but for 28 years we have decided me the same procedure. I pay and go outside and he takes me home, but this time they held me hostage, he thought they were keeping me longer and went back in to continue with work until I called, so they were holding me hostage on top of the 6 hours I had already waited. All I can say is stay away from NWMC and Oro Valley because they kill more than they save, in fact a person died right after getting to the ER after they triaged him wrong two weeks ago. Twenty eight years of this trust me you don't want to risk it. The only reasons n you should go is if you are like coed into the CHS system like we are! You think that's a benefit think again! Holding me hostage seriously

I keep forgetting every year that I don't want to return here for my annual mammogram, but usually forget 12 months later. However, after today's 3rd bad experience in a row, I just put a reminder in my calendar NOT to come back here. It's really too bad, because the staff in the back are wonderful -- you couldn't ask for better care or professionalism. If only we could deal with them alone and not have to navigate the 7th circle of hell you enter when opening the front door. The check-in staff employees are uniformly horrible. Every year this happens to me: I check in 5-15 minutes ahead of my appointment time, as requested, fill out the paperwork and then . . . . sit for 35-65 minutes before they call me to check me in. Meanwhile, women are coming in the front door like a bus has unloaded, and they ALL get called back to check in before me. Many haven't even sat down long enough to glance at their paperwork. When finally called to check in today, I asked why so many people who came in after me were checked in before me. The reply: "it depends on the appointment time, not when you arrive." In other words, being late gets you tip-top service and immediate attention. Being on time means you must have hours to spare to cool your heels in a grim waiting room. Since the actual procedure (once finally allowed to go to the back and be called by a rad tech) only takes about 10 minutes, there is no reason why I should spend close to 2 hours in that stinking place every year, using unnecessary leave time from work. The volunteer at the front check-in desk is pleasant, but the corporate culture for the women checking people in apparently encourages treating patients like an annoyance and taking however long you feel like to do your work. If NW doesn't actively encourage bad customer service, it certainly doesn't penalize it. It hasn't changed one iota since last year when this happened. I complained to the rad tech then, and she felt bad about my 65-minute wait and promised to pass along my comments. Obviously, management doesn't give a crap.Today a rep sat alone for a good 15 minutes at her desk after checking in a patient, despite the other waiting customers. Emergencies are not causing delays here; it's outpatient mammography. I am done with NW Women's Imaging for good. Unless you enjoy waiting around for no good reason, I suggest making your appointment elsewhere.
