The card I had received for the appointment that was not scheduled.

I have been going her for over a year now for my ob/gyn visits. Debie Dolman is amazing. she really listens to your concerns and takes her time. I have had 3 other doctors in Tucson and none have found what she has. I recommend her to any women struggling to get pregnant or needing their annual women's visit.

I came to this office to establish care with a new PCP and was able to get in considerably faster than other offices in the area. I informed the doctor of some pre-existing conditions I had during the appointment and she ordered some labs to establish levels. After the appointment, I sent her a message in the portal asking to add some additional labs due to my conditions and was met with immediate pushback and was basically told I could tell them what labs I wanted done and pay out of pocket. I switched providers and got all of the labs I requested done.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rodriguez-Padilla ever since I started my new job and my insurance changed. She has been a complete and utter disappointment since day one. When I have appointments with her she sends me to specialists instead of treating me herself for basic things. She also does not listen to me or pay attention when I explain my past medical history to her. She is very rushed, does not have time to meet with me about my chief complaints, and spends the 15 minutes I talking about things unrelated to my visit. Last year when I first met her, I brought in all of my current medications from my previous providers for her to review since this was our first visit and I was told to do this when I scheduled the appointment. She went through each one and stated she wouldn't prescribe any of them. Not even birth control, so I had to wait to see an OBGYN. I've never had a PCP refuse to write a prescription for the pill. In February of last year, I was in a car accident and I was taken to NW hospital for treatment. I was told to follow up with my PCP after discharge. I had hurt my foot, twisted my pelvis, and broken my tailbone. I had the appointment for a lab follow up and did not mention to her about the accident but was unable to sit for the visit since I was in a great deal of pain. I did not ask her to treat me as I was going to a chiropractor for my injuries. When she asked why I was not sitting, I told her what happened and she immediately told me that the NW hospital ED was wrong, she would not be doing the ED follow up or treating me. She told me to contact my car insurance to find a doctor, even though I told her I do not have medical coverage on my car insurance. I was being seen by Dr. Jim Westerman, a chiropractor, who found the broken bones and referred me to physical therapy. 2 visits before my most recent visit in July 2020, she got angry with me because it had been 6 months since I saw her and I did not have current lab work. Prior to the appointment, neither she nor her staff gave me any orders for lab work or I would have had labs drawn prior to our appointment. She refused to refill any of my thyroid medications since I did not go to the lab. Since COVID-19, the care I have received has gotten progressively worse. I went in in April because my asthma had gotten worse and to review the lab work from the time before. Also since seeing Dr. Yell in February, I had developed a lump in my breast. Dr. Rodriguez Padilla spent the entire visit discussing me using windex on my feet prior to entering my home and how to safely shower to wash off covid---neither of which were my chief complaint for the visit. She refused to discuss my asthma with me. When I called the next day for an inhaler and prednisone, her make MA condescendingly asked me why I didn't ask her for this during our appointment the day before. I told him that she left the room after giving me the windex talk and never returned and had her nurse tell me she did not want me back in the office for 9 months. She did call in an inhaler for my asthma but would not discuss prednisone with me. As a result of her poor care on the day I presented with multiple chief complaints (asthma, lump, thyroid) I ended up going to Banner Urgent Care on Ina/Thornydale 3 times before trying to get better before they told me I had to go back to my PCP because I was not getting better and that she cannot refuse to see me for 9 months. When I finally did see her, blood clots were coming out of my nose with thick green mucus. This is a direct result of her refusal to treat me in April when I came into the office for my asthma and allergies before it got bad. She gave me antibiotics and referred me to an ENT for a balloon sinuplasty and pulmonologist (who cannot see me until 12/1/2020) for my asthma saying that she does not treat asthma or allergies. I told her that I have already had sinus surgery and that the procedure she wanted me to have would not work since there's nothing left in my nose to expand. After meeting with Dr. Kang, he confirmed that since my upper and lower turbines have already been removed, I am not a candidate for the ballon sinuplasty that she sent me to him for. He had me to a CT scan just to make sure and there are no changes to my sin I'm used since my surgery in 2004. I am still sick and battling the same sinus infection that she could have helped with in April. I've left messages with the office manager and emailed [email protected] without responses or return phone calls so clearly no one with NW Allied physicians cares about crappy patient care. She is such a disgrace to the medical profession.

Houghton office - Don't Be Late - I arrived five minutes late to my appointment after driving from the Ina/Cortaro area, only to be refused by the doctor without any discussion or consideration of alternative solutions. This felt incredibly rude and inconsiderate, especially given the effort I made to attend the appointment. Needless to say, I fired the Dr and will not be going back.

I really do not get pleasure out of writing this. BUT.........It all will not fit here. Maybe I can reduce my review to a minimum of words.1) Terrible communication. Maybe I should have said NO communication. Send in a message and sometimes you do NOT get a reply.2) Not taking responsibility for the damage that has been done. Went in for exploratory procedure and have had a problem for the last 6 months. Bringing it to their attention...it's not their fault, REALLY?3) Reporting that you felt ill, after they prescribed a MASSIVE (off label) dose of a chemical/drug, and they totally blow it off. 4) Reporting problems to the "Patient Advocate", only to find out that that the person is a firewall, protecting the staff, for complaints about the services. 5) They brag about portal messaging. Then if you ask 2 closed end questions, they want you to a) Drive in. b) Pay copay. c) Then they answer the 2 questions in a very short time, then send you home. 6) Sending RXs to the wrong place and saying they did not do it. I believe that is call ownership. 7) On and then there is the staff saying the "Doctor said this" and then the doctor, saying "I did NOT say that". WHAT DAH? Like being in kindergarten. I really want to go to another group, but it took so much effort to get set up. I guess I CURRENTLY am a captured audience. This too shall end. Please excuse any typos. Pain has a way of distracting me.

I've been coming here for years and I must say the service has gotten progressively worst. It is impossible to schedule an appointment unless it's 4 months in advance and if what they diagnose doesn't resolve the matter, you need to wait, once again, another 4 months. The receptionists are extremely rude and are impossible to work with on the phone as well. You now can only communicate with assistants through a new portal, which is once again very delayed with responses. I have tried calling to have the doctor or assistant walk my through my prescribed blood tests and not once has anyone reached back out to explain the results. Its unfortunate because although scheduling is a nightmare and the receptionist staff are unhelpful and rude, I do like my doctor, but overall I do not recommend this place at all!

New to town two years ago his was the only primary care practice I could get an appointment into within a month; first appointment waited two hours and the doctor at that time was curt, saw me for about 10 minutes, never touched me for a physical exam. I changed doctors within the practice and had a great primary care doc (Lindsey Kramp) but when I tried to set up an appointment was told that I could only see one of her residents since she is no longers seeing patients. The lead resident I did see felt my back in response to my complaint about back pain and told me it was only due to a muscle; subsequent CT scan showed involved breakdown of the bone and spinal stenosis. She wasn't sufficiently experienced to make the judgment she made, and since the University of Arizona is in the bottom 50 of ranked medical schools they aren't necessarily the best of those selected for residency programs. In any event I can't seem to reach anyone to even schedule: left messages (3), called multiple times getting voice mail that no one seems to listen to. But this experience is typical any time I want to see my doctor. This is a very poorly managed practice with inattentive staff who apparently no one supervises, and very poor communication with patients. There are many barriers to getting an appointment, and they did not inform me that my doctor is no longer available but they scheduled a resident without previous notification so I didn't recognize the name. I do not recall in my life experiencing medical office communication that is worse than at Northwest Allied and I am 70 years old!

I am a 67 year old women who had an appointment at Northwest Allied Physicians Women's Health on Fountain Plaza Dr for aan annual women's exam. My original Dr stopped taking my insurance the next one I was referred to was a gynecologist oncologist. After waiting several months for my 3 attempt to see a Dr I waited 2-1/2 hours in her office then found out there were still 3 ahead of me! I walked! Totally disrespectful and rude! No apologies or explanations what so ever! Stay away! I felt sorry for all the expectant mom's having to wait so long. I had already paid my co-pay and asked for it to refunded A.S.A.P. I was told it would take a couple weeks. Seriously! I'll put a stop payment and get it back faster then waiting for their mis-managed office to do my refund! STAY AWAY! They get 1 star because 1 had to I order to write this review.

Having been a patient for a while, I have been very happy with my doctor, her assistant, another doctor in the office that helped a relative, and the staff in general. So far, so good! There was one snafu, but I didn't end up feeling ignored or disrespected. I have recommended this place to relatives.

The lack of communication is unreal. I'm not gonna say any names but I injured my shoulder and seeking to get it looked and get told after a month that they weren't supposed to see me and completely wasted my time and was referred to somewhere else after a month.
