Northgate Laundromat

I have visited this laundromat several times over the last few years. In my experience, the staff, generally one person on duty at any given time, is helpful. On one occasion, I had forgotten my bleach at home. The staff member was nice enough to allow me to use a cap full of an already opened bottle, instead of having to purchase a whole bottle.

we used this business for a fluff and fold service when visiting from out of town. We called ahead for info and they were clear and concise. This was different than others so we went with them . They have clear time deadlines for getting your clothes in and this when they will be ready and the turn around was great. I think it was in by 12 for same day or by 4 for 24 hr I could have that wrong because I let a month go by now so call ahead. They did a great job with our clothes and had them ready as requested. They are in a strip mall between the foothills and campus so convenient and beside other shops that you may need. The staff was friendly and efficient. Clean place. I'd use them again. If they were closer to campus, i'd have my kid use them during school rather than deal with the campus machines.

They do a great job! Same day service. A little pricey but makes me feel good to spoil myself. My clothes are always folded perfectly anc smell great !

Clean and all the machines worked. Change machine available. Very helpful attendant there all the time.

I was able to get same day wash and fold service for my son at the University. The gentleman answered all my questions and had my son's laundry done earlier than quoted

I went here hoping the five stars meant it was a good place, they DO NOT sanitize anything while you are there my clothes came out stinking the dryers do not fully dry I spent $50 just to have to come and rewash at my apartment I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, it was dirty inside and hot they did not consider social distancing, and allowed people to come in not wearing mask the place was overpacked moral of story this place sucks don't waste your time, money, or energy on this place

Avoid this place ! Their so called agitating washers cost $2.25 for 26 minutes (without an option to add minutes) it takes 4 + minutes for washer to fill leaving about 21 + - minutes. The wash cycle is about 5 minutes leaving about 16 minutes, Next wash /spin 2 minutes, now 14 minutes left. Drain 1 minute and refill for rinse another 4 + minutes leaving 9 minutes for a 5 minute rinse... Remaining 4 minutes for spin cycle... Work cothes cannot be cleaned in a 5 minute wash cycle !!! $2.25 for 5 minutes of agitation WITHOUT THE NORMAL .25 CENT OPTION FOR EXTRA WASH TIME ! ON PIMA AT CRAYCROFT, CLOSE BY 7/11 IS A LAUNDROMAT THAT GIVES YOU 39 MINUTES FOR $2.00, & FOR AN EXTRA QUARTER YOU GET AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINS....I'm NEVER coming back to this place !

It's always clean and the attendant is nice . They never really have any broken machines it's well kept

Employees are disrespectful. The owner is the worst. They cant admit when their machines aren't working and will openly start arguing with you.

The attendant was very nice and caring, even making sure we weren't the car with our lights left on. It was very clean inside and cool. My husband loved the movie they were playing.
