If you love dog poop, this place is for you. There will be plenty to pick up in your yard. Even if don't own a dog! You can find the culprit in Lot 81. Most dog owners are respectful of their neighbors though. Other than that its not so bad.

Beware if you purchase a 'low price' mobile home from this New-to-town owner it won't honor its ads. They list ceiling fans, central air etc. Later they insisted it was ALL sold 'As-Is'. In other words, what you really get is not operating (broken fan, few screens, bad floors, crumbling skirting, leaky plumbing) or it's defective; like now-you-feel-it, now-you-don't A/C (stopped pumping). This is what is known in the housing sales trade as "sharp practice". Should be illegal. Go elsewhere.
