This was our first time here at Ni's Asian Bistro. We were originally going to stop at Wendy's next door but we sure are glad we changed our minds. Upon entering you notice a nicely decorated Asian decor. We were promptly seated. Our waiter was very pleasant and really paid attention to our questions and order. More about that later. We started with fresh brewed unsweetened tea which was very refreshing and cold. We ordered two orders of gyoza which came out pipping hot. They had a nice fry to them with a delightful sweet dipping sauce. For our main course we had moo goo gai pan with fried rice and orange chicken with fried rice. The fried rice was nice, not overly oily as some are but it did need a little soy sauce. The moo goo was loaded with chicken and lots of mushrooms, most places you have to ask for extra shrooms but not here. It was excellent. The orange chicken, finally a place that doesn't use an over sweet sticky sauce, it was lightly fried and perfect. During our entree's my son decided he wanted to order sushi. Neither or us eat fish so when he found a chicken tempura roll, he asked the waiter if it had any fish in it, to which he responded no. When the waited came with the tempura roll he explained very politely that tempura rolls come with fish eggs on top, which we didn't know, and he explained that he had it made without the eggs due to our questioning of fish. A+ to him. The tempura chicken was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of cucumber and the drizzle sauce was amazing. It was served with ginger shavings and wasabi. All in all, cozy, friendly, and delicious. One can hope that they succeed, we will be back as we both have moved this to our new number one spot.A++

Newly opened and super busy, so some issues, but will definitely go back. Staff were great, friendly, and hard working. Enjoyed the sushi, fish was fresh. Hot and Sour soup was my favorite. Great flavor on the sesame chicken. Fried rice was disappointing, no flavor and kinda mushy. Batter on egg roll was thick, will try spring rolls next time to see if they are the same. Two for lunch today, first visit. They done a nice job of remodeling the old Pizza Hut - nice ambiance. Not crowded, immediately seated.Started with an order of the pork dumplings/pot stickers. Big portion, great texture and the dipping sauce was to die for. Definitely on our "every time" list.My wife had the pad thai, which she really enjoyed. Perfect size lunch portion. Only thing that was missing was a little heat, but some Sriracha fixed that.I had the 3-piece roll lunch. The miso soup had good flavor, but seemed a bit thin. The presentation of the sushi was spectacular (see photos). Portions were lunched-sized, but with the dumplings I was stuffed when I walked out. Flavor was great, but the texture of the sushi rice seemed a little dry.We'll be back repeatedly - this is now our favorite asian lunch place near OV. They have a huge menu, stir fry, sushi, etc. so something for everyone!Service was pretty speedy, which is great if you're looking for a quick lunch spot.

Had heard good stuff about this place but was a bit skeptical about the various Asian cuisines in one place. This place did not disappoint. I started with some Thai soup which was very spicy and flavorful. We opted for some pot stickers and tuna carpaccio which were both super tasty. Then we scarfed down a few rolls which were pretty incredible. Service was attentive and the place was great. I'll def be back!

Yum! We had great service and the presentation was also fun. The rolls were delightful and we tried several of the specialty rolls. We tend to go for more of the spicy rolls. The Tucson roll was refreshing. the ninja roll was our favorite with the jalapeño on top. The mountain roll had a savory party on top. And the kickboxer roll was good except we don't prefer smoked salmon.

I would say it's a good start for Chinese chef for a Japanese bistro n sushi restaurant!!! Classic sushi menu with kitchen foods and other Asian foods... I've a classic Sushi combo for spicy tuna roll n Al carte sushi.... Rice wasn't the premium quality, the fishes were freshly n average qualities... but I would say it's one of the best decorations n presentation!!! Services were great n efficient!!! I would have to see more kitchen foods n might give them more stars eventually!!! But don't get me wrong!!! Still tasty n delicious enough!!!

Arrived at 1pm with only a handful of people seated. Staff quickly engaged & seated me. Ordered miso soup, Spider Roll & the Mango Shrimp Special roll of the day & large Asahi. Everything arrived in a timely manner, taste & presentation were fine, the Mango roll was quite large & the Spider Roll was not small either. Ambiance was brand new & clean, the sushi bar area had 9 stools & a large TV monitor behind the chefs that was playing international sport, not loud at all. I was impressed with the variety on the menu & look forward to returning to try other items.

Good service and good sushi, a lot of different options to choose from on the menu. My friend and I ordered a few of the signature sushi rolls that the server recommended, pork dumplings and egg drop soup, both regular and spicy sour.

Wow is all I'm saying. New establishment right next to Wendy's right on La Cholla Blvd. food was on point. Spicy garlic edamame, Salmon Poppers and firecrackers shrimp for appetizer delicious!!! The rolls are excellent. Sashimi was extremely tasty and fresh. Will definitely come back. The service is amazing

This place is a GEM! Finally a solid sushi spot on the NW side of town. Also they're open until 9:30pm on weekends and we're very grateful. Very good service both times we went. There was even a wait which I didn't mind because it is that gooddd. My favorite so far has been the sushi appetizer and sakana roll. 10/10!!!!
