We received a recommendation to use Nicole when I asked my good friend in Tucson who she would use for real estate. Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-FisherWhen we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking.I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us.The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.

I can highly recommend Nicole and her co-worker Max for buying or selling real estate in the Tucson area. I have known Nicole for over a decade. She helped us sell our first house. We picked her initially because of her knowledge and experience with green building. It turns out that we loved her professionalism and style as well. Our house sold for well over asking price and even got into a competitive bidding war between buyers. We were so happy with her that we used her also to buy our next home. It was a higher priced home than our first and she did a great job getting us a fair price within our price range. We also felt confident that she had arranged for thorough inspections. We were exceedingly happy with our purchase. We made a few stylistic changes to the home to make it our own. Some years later it was time to sell and we again turned to Nicole and Max. She did her job as a seller's agent which is to get the most money for the property. Her workmen did excellent work getting everything perfect and her photographer took what is likely the most stunning set of house pictures under a brilliant cotton candy pink sky. We did very well on the sale. We would not hesitate to use Nicole and Max again if we ever were house hunting in Tucson. She also has a vast network of colleagues outside of town. Our contact with them has been equally impressive. She is a great resource and she takes care of her clients.

Hands-down the best realtor ever! We would not hesitate to use Nicole as our realtor for any real estate transaction we would ever have. She is the absolute best!We teamed up with Nicole to sell our house on the east side of Tucson. She was very tentative to our needs and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. This was the first time we had ever sold a house and she made it easy to understand how the whole process was going to work and she was right on the money. She even got us more money for our house than we thought would be possible.I am telling you, you cannot go wrong with hiring her as your realtor for any real estate transactions you would have. If you are looking for the best, contact Nicole!

We used this agency several years ago. They were slow to respond, which cost us the house we were interested in. When we found another, they recommended a home inspector that failed to find numerous code violations that cost us over $10k to fix (so far, there are likely more). Finally, they used old, unproffessional, and unsecure email addresses (aol, yahoo) that were hacked, allowing scammers to get our info and almost steal our down payment by posing as the title company.

This review is way overdue. Picked Nicole thru Yelp, so it is only fitting that I share my experience here for other yelpers. Nicole from Day 1 was great, we had a unique situation, a possible job offer, very specific house/land requirements and needing to do most of our side from 2000k miles away. Why she was great? She prioritized making sure in our small visit to Tucson we got a real feel for the areas so we could pinpoint where we wanted to be. She also found out we were foodies and gave us great dining recommendations some that now are our favorite places to eat. It didn't matter what time or day due to the distance and time zones we needed to do a call, she made herself available even took a call the day before and after Thanksgiving. She kept us calm during the closing which got complicated due to the sellers. She really did everything she could to help us transition well and she has a great roster of vendors to help with inspections and post purchase repairs. I would definitely use her again and refer her to friends.

Unfortunately I did not have an experience similar to most other reviewers. I was moving from out of state so arranged a visit a month or so in advance. Nicole was going to be out of town so I was going to work with Nick. I should have known there was going to be a problem. I sent my price range and the area in which I wanted to live. The examples of listed houses they sent were well above my price range. Nick had verified that he had time with me each day I was there. However when I arrived the available time had shrunk considerably. He had told me on Sunday that he had all day Tuesday open for me. When we were finished looking on Monday he had only a couple of hours available the following day. Then he said there really was nothing available in my price range so we went up another $50,000. He said we shouldn't have a problem finding something. The houses he showed me in that price range were bizarre which he acknowledged. Then he began asking when I could make a second visit. There was no time as our house had already sold. Perhaps because Nicole was on vacation, Nick was overwhelmed. Each day he spent with me, his texting increased. He seemed quite bored with me. I got the distinct impression that he wanted a larger commission so kept encouraging me to go higher. I felt that I wasn't worth his time.

We purchased a home over the summer of 2015. Nicole and Mas were the seller's agents, but we were so impressed by their professionalism and demeanor that we asked them to represent us as well. Nicole and Max did a great job, and we subsequently asked them to represent us selling our former home as well. Our home sold fairly quickly, and we felt that we got a very fair price. Nicole and Max did a great job of advertising the property, and highlighting its green features. Given that four other homes on our street went on the market at the same time, it is a testament to Nicole and Max's abilities that ours was the first to sell.

After trying to engage her services she quickly just stopped responding to emails requesting proforma data as well as other statistics necessary in making a buying decision. At the time of this writing it's been 3 emails and 11 days with no response from her. Moving on...

We recently enlisted the help of Nicole - Brule Fisher and Nick Vargas, of REMAX / Select, to sell our home in Tucson. They made, what can typically be a difficult, process quick and easy. Their knowledge of, and experience in, the Tucson real estate market made it easy getting to an acceptable offer and navigating through the various steps to close. Their efforts even included working tirelessly to find a home for all the furniture we chose not to take with us. Both Nicole and Nick and friendly, easy to talk to and understood the emotions that accompanied saying goodbye to our home. We have absolutely no complaints working with Nicole and Nick and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best in help selling their home.

Overall an okay experience.Nick and Nicole were fine to work with-- they did what real estate agents are supposed to do and helped us through the process. However, Nicole became rude at the end, which I didn't appreciate. Therefore the lower rating. Overall I do recommend them.
