I do have something to say about my experience at Nicks Mens Wear. I'm 45 years old. I started working when I was 14 as a dishwasher at a steakhouse. Very busy. High volume. I've worked several different jobs that demanded different skills. I've learned to appreciate good workers. I have to say, I walked away from your store extremely impressed. That guy that helped me not only was straight, to the point, and very helpful, but he didn't pressure me and he provided options and he LISTENED. I walked in and walked out with a great experience. Just like a guys store should be. I don't waste time. I go in, I like this, pay, and I'm out. And the guy that helped me was an amazing multitasker. He's young but you guys did a great job hiring that kid. He's going places. There was a little rush after I walked in and he was able to handle me and two other clients like nobody's business. He wasn't flustered nor stressed out. Didn't make me wait. He had everything under control. So, I went ahead and purchased a tie bar and a handkerchief and a shirt even though I had no intention. I'll be back to purchase my next suit here. Good job over all. Sincerely, Robert S.

The prices are better than Dillards, and a better selection, they have an on-site tailor, they got us in and out very quickly, suits will be done in x1 week (pretty quick if you ask me!) and my husband looks amazing thanks to the gal that helped us out!

I am really hoping for a resolution that will call for updating this review and bumping up the rating. I'm in Tucson for my brother-in-law's wedding, and my husband is a groomsman. It's a little scary to order a suit from across the country, but Nick's had all the information available online to make it as easy as possible. But. We flew in on Friday and immediately went to Nick's so the suit could be altered for the wedding on Sunday. Went great, and my husband was told the suit would be ready the next day by 1pm. Amazing. Despite trying to stop in on Saturday to get the suit, we didn't make it. Traveling with a toddler, and life happens. Nick's opened at 11 on Sunday, my husband didn't need to be at the venue until 1, so we had plenty of time. Except we didn't. When we went in, the suit wasn't tailored. At all. Period. Not the pants, not the vest, not the jacket. Nobody had called my husband. Nobody had called the groom. Nothing. We got deflection and excuses from the staff, and questions about when we needed the suit - for the wedding 5 hours away. We had to get the groom on the phone before anyone would actually offer us a course of action. They said they would tailor it immediately and hand deliver it to the wedding venue by 1pm. Amazing. Almost.They delivered it to the wrong venue. Didn't check to confirm it was the right place. Didn't confirm the names on the wedding. Handed my husband's suit to a stranger at a random wedding venue on the opposite side of town and left. As of right now, the wedding photos have been delayed more than an hour because my husband doesn't have his suit. The groom is livid. The bride is beside herself. My husband is standing there in jeans hoping that the suit arrives before the ceremony, it fits, and Nick's menswear didn't singlehandedly ruin this wedding. Yayyyyy!

My boyfriends brother is getting married next week... we've been stressing on getting a suit in time and today all our problems were solved. The second we walked in Tiffany and her co-worker (I think her name was Andrea) were extremely helpful. Asked what we were looking for, the color, fit, and his size. We were blown away at the customer service. He was placed in a fitting room right away! The best part is they also do alterations at the store for a small fee, which only takes 7 business days. We will get it just in time for the wedding, and got the whole suit package & alterations for under 300. These women know their stuff, trust their opinions and you won't be disappointed ! It made the experience flawless.

We had a terrible experience at this store. They got the wedding date wrong by 2 days and told us the alterations would not be ready until 2 days after the actual ceremony. These alterations would have been unnecessary had they not sized all garments down 2 full sizes from the measurements that were sent in. The alterations that were done to add fabric to jackets and vests were shoddy with obvious seams and loose threads. In the end the garments were ready the night before the ceremony (barely!) but the suits will all have to be taken to tailors for repairs if the groomsmen wish to wear them again. Definitely do not recommend.Update* changed from 1 star to 3 stars...The bride received an apology from the store and the grooms suit cost was refunded. Additionally, they refunded the cost of alterations for one of the groomsmen and if a tailor is unable to fix his suit, they stated that they would send him a new one free of charge.

Awesome customer service. Great delas and they have a large selection of modern suits. They really give you what you want and are looking for they are not just trying to sell you a suit like i have experienced before in other department stores. I will be returning any time i need a suite for sure! Special thanks to Joaquin Vences for assisting me on my first visit to nicks!

Shaun stepped up to us immediately and gave us the customer service we needed. He guided my husband to the right fit on the first try. A great suit, all 3 pieces, plus shirt, tie and pocket square and sox including hemming all for less than the big box stores. Well done!

I was very surprised to find this place. My boyfriend needed specific items to finish off a business suit for an interview and we received great service here. The attendant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices here were really good. The only negative is that the selection is a little small, especially the belt selection. Makes sense since it is a small outlet in the Park Place Mall. My boyfriend loved this place which is the most important thing, since he is the one who would be here more often.

I got a custom fitted suit from Nick's the staff was enjoyable to work with and had many great style suggestions to help pull of the look I wanted. They offered up many little options for a complete customization down to stitching my name on the inside of the coat and how many buttons I wanted on the cuffs. When an issue at the factory meant that my suit would be delayed for 2 weeks, Nick's called me up to apologize and offered me an off the rack suit free of charge! I was surprised and happy to receive such excellent customer service and ended up getting 2 suits for the price of one. I would definitely come back should I need a third suit.

Isabelle has provided spectacular service. I came to be sized and suited for a wedding. She was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend
