New Town Buffet

The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly. I've been to many restaurants, and this one has exceptional seasoning. They treated my special needs children with great respect. I had a very pleasant experience.El lugar es muy limpio, el personal es amable y la comida tiene un sazón excelente. Trataron a mis niños especiales con mucho respeto. Tuve una experiencia muy agradable.

Such a lovely small family business! I really enjoyed the welcoming ambiance, beautiful interior designs, friendly customer service (the front desk ladies are so sweet!), and the variety of delicious dishes. We came for the buffet around 5pm on a weekend and every dish was fresh and warm. My favorites were the deep-fried sushi rice balls, dumplings with their house-made sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and the hot-and-sour soup. Definitely one of the best buffets in Tucson, and for this Price! 10/10 recommend!

Food is great your getting the same quality of food you would get at most Asian restaurants and more variety for a reasonable price especially now a days. Service is always good from being seated to your drinks taking plates and ambiance is okay it's a buffet.

It was a typical Chinese buffet, with the exception it offered a variety of sushi. The tempura sushi was very good. The rest was average at best. The rest of the food was not hot, it was lukewarm. The service was good. Nothing stood out about the ambiance of this restaurant.

Love this for when I am hangry for Chinese food so many options and everything is always hot my partner and I go here at least once a month

This place is horrible and customer service is a 0 food was old and cold spoke to the manager and she did not want to hear it she only says you owe this much 45 dollars and did not even have a spoon of food TERRIBLE food and Service it's a ZERO at best

Man I haven't been disappointed with a restaurant in a while but this takes the cake! Came in for lunch and all of the food was old and cold. I tried eating one plate and immediately spit it out and complained to the server about the food quality. The manager just told us to leave and not come back in broken English and I had to argue with him to not pay. Absolutely horribleService and food quality! The food was so bad that I feel like calling the health department! Save yourselves some time and money and go somewhere else.

Went there for an early dinner. We didn't have to wait at all. There was a good selection of food available. Most of the food was only warm which surprised me because it was lat in the day. However, the soup was hot. The price was acceptable and the service was good. The restaurant was clean and had good ambiance.

Food selection is so-so. Food tasted good, but everything was basically cold despite the fact that we got there right after they opened. Had the food been hot, I would have enjoyed it more.
