We just had to thank Nicole, Brenda and Dr. Gudrun Gunther for their compassion and love regarding our little 14yr old Pug Guinness. Her time had come and although we were new to their office, they made an exception to see us on very short notice and on a busy Monday. They made us feel like we were family and helped us through that very difficult decision to ease our pets suffering. We can't thank Nicole enough! Thank you all for being there!Stuart and Deborah Hamlett

I WAS a ten year client with 2 animals until:I left my cat at the center one day for 3 hours so they could get a urine sample and they charged me a "boarding fee" along with all of the tests and exam.I got a new Vet service and after the first visit was informed that ALL of the cat's teeth were rotting from the inside out or missing due to the rot; something Frontier should've found a long time ago.I understand that particular Vet is no longer employed but I wouldn't recommend that Frontier to anyone

Our first visit to our new veterinary hospital. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Treated my dog Puccini with kindness. Veterinarian was knowledgeable. We went because Puccini had a bit of a red eye and needed his anal glands expressed. $200 later we were out the door. Am I the only one that wonders why veterinarians are so expensive? I know thru my rescue involvement that many people skip vet visits for their pets because they can't afford it. One explanation why heart worm disease is so ubiquitous.

Thank you for the recent care of our Candi (Riechers). You were very patience and understanding of her timid, shy, scared demeanor. We are working on her social skills, and by next visit (hopefully will not be before next years shots) you will encounter a more confident dog. I appreciate the conversation about Candi's lifestyle and the determination that some shots were not needed (ie kennel cough). Not only was it not necessary for Candi, but friendly on our wallet as well. I have 2 other dogs in the home, who will be taken here when necessary!

They will let you leave with a sick pet if you cannot pay their egregious prices in full. I told them I could pay half the day of and in two weeks (when I got paid) could pay the other half. They refused to work with me. This only proves they don't care about the community, only lining their greedy pockets.

I have a cat that can't be vaccinated. She had an allergic reaction and almost died. I called New Frontier because she needs her anal glands expressed. They said I would need a full exam as a new patient. She doesn't need it but I agreed so she could have anal glands expressed, a simple procedure. New Frontier called me hours before the appointment I made a week ago and said they would not see her without given her a rabies vaccination. I explained that she can't be vaccinated. They refused to see her. They could have told me all this at the time I made the appointment but they did not. That left me struggling during the Holidays to find another vet. I found another vet, they are not forcing a vaccination that she can't have. New Frontier has a big fancy expensive clinic. Vaccinations cost money, full exam costs money and anal expression procedure costs money. I believe this is about revenue to pay for that expensive clinic. I have never had another vet force a vaccination on an animal that has had a serious allergic. She is an indoor only cat, not around other animals. Why is this necessary anyway?I was treated very poorly and can't say enough bad things about this vet.
