New Delhi Palace

Delicious! My hubby had Tandori chicken and I tried the Murgh Hyderabadi. Both were so yummy plus we ordered the garlic naan - incredible! The chicken was so tender and tasty. That naan was a great garlic pow. I forgot to mention that we enjoyed the lamb samosas, too. The service was prompt and the atmosphere was quiet. We are definitely going to be repeat customers.

We had a Valentines Day reservation for 6:00. Arrived at 5:45, & we were seated right away at a table with one water glass that was already filled w/room temperature water. The other glass stood empty. Every other table had the unused glasses overturned. The restaurant was about 1/2 - 3/4 full; there were 5-7 open tables. After we were seated, we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to even talk to us; when the waitress finally came, she asked if we were ready to order. We told her we were never given menus. We also asked for fresh glasses; she said ours were upright because we'd made a reservation (but only one glass was filled?) She brought us some menus, then left again. We finally placed our order around 6:15. At 6:40, we still had not received anything; when we inquired she told us to "look around;" the restaurant was obviously packed - people were waiting to be seated. Which was now true - however that wasn't the case when we were first seated. We told her this, & she began to argue; that our order had been placed just 30 mins ago (perhaps, but we had waited 20 mins for a server to even take the order!) I told her that we had been at the restaurant now for more than 50 mins, & had only been served 2 glasses of water & a Coke (that we had to ask for). We asked how much longer the wait might be & she replied "I don't know. I obviously don't work in the back." She asked if we still wanted our order. My husband told her if they had already started cooking it, we would stay; if not, cancel the order. She said she would check. She disappeared & came back to the dining room TWICE - yet she ignored us completely both times. At that point we had been there over an hour. We paid for the Coke we drank & left. Very disappointing. Service was truly terrible.

They have to be one of the best Indian Resturants in Tucson. We ordered a feast for my birthday, and it killed! The tandoori chichen wings were fire! I do wish they would have sent more than one box of rice with several entrees ordered. BTW, rice had a great flavor

I never really post reviews on Togo orders just because I know sometimes they take long, but I had only ordered 3 naans and chocolate samosas.Took exactly 1 hour by the time I got them. For what I ordered that was ridiculous. Only giving it 2 stars because the naan was good, but probably will not come back.

Fantastic food! OMG!! An unassuming place that deserves rave reviews for the grub and service. VERY good!

I am so surprised to see a current rating of 3.4 stars here. My experience was really great! The restaurant has quite a bit of seating and looks very nice. We arrived with a large party for a birthday and they combined some tables quickly and sat us right away. The menu is extensive with many drink options and dishes ranging from chicken and lamb and seafood to vegetarian plates and insanely good naan! Our service was attentive and friendly and food came out in a timely manner. Everything was served hot and fresh and full of so many flavors and spices..it was so delicious! This is a great spot to enjoy some wonderful Indian food.

Very close to 5 stars.I order from this place via DoorDash so I can't comment about the restaurant or service.This is an excellent curry restaurant; I've ordered from here a few times. The Chicken Tikka Masala has large chunks of chicken in a creamy sauce. Excellent flavor overall. My new go-to is the Chicken Makhani with bits of tandoori chicken in an amazing curry sauce. Reminds me of Butter Chicken.The Pulao rice is a great substitute for white rice but their white rice really has a lot of flavor on it's own. You can eat it right out of the box.The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is the naan. The regular, cheese, and Rocket nan only have a very small difference in flavor. The cheese naan lacks enough cheese to taste it. It's not bad naan, but it all kinda tastes like regular no matter which one you order so you might as well save a dollar.They do a good job with DoorDash. Their containers are sealed and keep the food hot. No issues there.

So flavorful! Nice and welcoming staff. We keep going back because the rice the pan and the samosas are necessary. I crave them with the chutneys they make. Food is fresh and tasty every time.

Probably the best chicken masala either one of us have had in Tucson. A lot of obvious spices but not hot unless you request it. Everyone very much enjoyed the meal. Huge portions!! Excellent service
