James, Lisa and Nick did a great job getting me into a nice, used RV. This is a family run business and the inventory might be smaller than some of the larger lots you see. The vehicles at Nelson will be serviced, checked out and ready to go. You won't find any high pressure sales techniques from James, just a real interest in making sure you get a RV that is right for you. If I ever grow out of my current RV, I am looking forward to talking to James again.

To start, we live in far northern Illinois, so we purchased this unit via internet and had a friend check out the unit prior to us purchasing. Nice 5th wheel, ok price. Had the 5th wheel delivered to an RV site prior to our arrival. That said, communication from Nelson RV was poor, calls that were never returned was the norm. The unit was nice, the only issue we had was the fridge does not work on propane as it should. I did not call the dealer once we arrived as we had limited time in Tucson and due to the lack of previous communication just didn't want to get frustrated. Now that I'm home will have a RV tech look at it and pay him. Happy traveling

Amazing service! The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with my 5th wheel hitch and received help as soon as I pulled in. The service was performed quickly and for a very reasonable price. We also got an RV from them about 8 months ago and have been very happy with it. This is a top notch business with a great staff! I highly recommend Nelson RV for anything RV.

We purchased our first travel trailer from them. The staff is knowledgeable and cordial. They provided a complete explanation on how all of the components worked. On day two of our first adventure, a terrible groaning noise was coming the area of the trailer hitch, sounding like the pain of the dead. A phone call to Nelson RV identified the problem and solution in a few minutes. We made an adjustment and off we went, silently. They are a well run, experienced business that have been a long standing Tucson dealer for 14 years. When we make our next trailer purchase, we'll call them. The owner and manger James, is a good man to do business with.

We bought a used 2015 Jayco 23XM Class C motorhome from Dionne at Nelson RV in Tucson. We live in Palm Desert, CA- some 5+ hours from Tucson. Dionne was great- walked me around the motorhome by phone and answered all my questions. When my partner and I made it to Tucson we found the motorhome exactly as advertised. Everything was demonstrated and worked, the motorhome was super clean, gassed up and ready for us to drive home. The figures were exactly as promised- no surprises. I think we got a very fair deal, and much more importantly, Nelson RV did exactly what they promised. We are very happy with the motorhome and we will check with Nelson's the next time we are in the market for an RV. Well done!

The people are fair and amazing. Is it like family . They genuinely care about you. Their customer service is awesome, during the sale and after the sale. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have bought our rig from them. If you are looking for a used, fair priced travel trailer, 5th wheel, class C, or class A, we highly recommend them

We paid $40,000 for our junk RV!!! Everytime we use it something major breaks on it. Also after owning it I had to redo all the poor workmanship and replace the shoddy materails the techs did to this junk pile. They responded to a review my wife left saying it was an as is sale. YEAH, WE KNOW THAT! Also, there is something known as buyer beware, and I say this is exactly what you need to do when buying from Nelson RV!!!!! There should be disclosure laws, so that someone buying such a large purchase knows exactly what was wrong with the thing! Because not everything was repaired and there are rottingg floors, slide motor not working, just runs but slide doesn't move, electric step not working, motor continues to run and won't stop, so I had to unplug it, I was driving 60 miles per hour on highway 61 when the motor turned off, thankfully I was right at a spot to be able to get off the road quickly, check engine light came on had to replace all the ignition coils and plugs on a unit that has just over 6,000 miles on it now, generator runs for about 5 seconds and quits, and I have only used it for about an hour and a half at most, we bought an external generator so we could be off grid and have power, steering wheeel shakes at 65 miles per hour and they were supposed to fix that issue right after we purchased this junk, front stablizer shock had to be replaced, shower is lose, and can't be screwed into wall because of all the rotted wood and trim boards are falling off the walls, drain pipes are leaking, screws for holding things are coming out, because they are completely rusted and the threads are nearly gone, bed under layment was a thin 1/8 inch wall panel, I had to replace it with plywood because it was bending when we got into the bed, the spare tire rack is completely rusted, so I can't mount the spare tire under it!!! The list just goes on and on! Beware before buying, and I recommend taking it to someone that knows RVs and have it checked out first. P.S. I had to replace the entry door handle because it broke, and I realized when starting to work on it,, the door frame was bent, because someone had to pry the door open at some time. There are more things that I have had to repair, but the list just keeps going and going...., I feel I have made my point, other than we still owe too much money for this piece of JUNK, and I can't sell it to even pay the thing off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We can't even enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a used 2015 Montana 5th wheel from Nelson RV and could not be more satisfied with James and the crew. Most reviews say this is a family run business and I can confirm that everyone at Nelson RV is top notch and works hard to uphold their reputation. Drove from Glendale to look at and purchase the unit. Absolutely no pressure at all. Identified a few items of concern and when I returned the next week to pick up the 5th wheel everything was addressed and even a few things that were missing from the original factory supplied items had been ordered and put in place. Took delivery and was concerned about the refrigerator not cooling properly. drove home to Glendale (it was 110 degrees) and the unit was at 60 degrees. Called James and he said bring it back and they would replace the cooling unit. Went back down the next weekend to have it replaced and found that Dometic had shipped the wrong unit and there was none available for weeks. We were leaving on a 3 week trip in 10 days and we needed the refrigerator to be working. James offered to replace the double door unit with a brand new Norcold. I was able to secure a used Dometic double door unit to replace the original and we made the swap that same day. Nick who is an unbelievable tech went over every part of the rig prior to delivery and spent a really late night getting the new/used refrigerator installed so I could head home on Saturday. For a dealer to offer to pay for a new $4500 refrigerator to fix an issue after the sale is a huge indicator as to how much they value their customers. Sorry this is so long but they took such good care of us they deserve the accolades. Thank you James, Lisa, Nick and the rest of the techs at Nelson RV!

We have bought two RVs from Nelson. We could not ask for a more friendly, competent staff at Nelson! James is as helpful as they come, and always accommodates us. They are the very first place we look when shopping to trade up or find an additional smaller unit. Thank you, James and family and staff!
