I just had the most unprofessional experience at this dispensary. I came in to pick up an online order, I asked if they could add on a house pre roll. Instead of providing good customer service he tells me: " sorry we don't have any product here...". I literally turn around to look at a building full of product... he then tried to rationalize his lack of taking care of the customer on processes. When I called him out on his lack of customer service and his attitude, the told me he would put me in the front and you can go get it. Ai accepted his attempt to pawn me off onto someone else because he didn't want to walk and add a preroll to my order. He lied and put me at the end of the line... once inside I was blamed for not ordering everything the first time. yea, I wanted to add something but instead of saying "I got you, what do you need?" I was given attitude. Having such a policy where you can't accommodate a change in a customers order without giving a hunch of attitude about "processes" is what caused this review. Had the staff been willing to just take care of the customer instead of having attitude, this review wouldn't have happened. Had I not been told that it was my fault for not ordering everything the first time, this review wouldn't be happening. Had the staff just said "I got you" instead of pawning me off on the other half of the building... this review wouldn't be happening. Sure fall back on "policy" but accept the unintended consequences of said policy. The unprofessional atmosphere of the staff at this dispensary is second to none.

On 01/09/25 I decided to order online, Later I collected my order from cashier 53919. I handed my medical card and ID to the cashier who said that I was not registered as a medical patient, I knew that I was. The cashier proceeded to ask if these edibles were for my own use, did I intend to sell them on, Wow how rude is that! "are you kidding me" I answered!. I frequent the store only when my arthritis is playing up then I purchase maybe $100 worth of edibles. I am a respectable 75yr old being asked by an unprofessional young assistant: if it is my intention to sell the edibles that I was purchasing. When home I phoned to ask if it was now customary to quiz medical patients about their purchases, normally no, unless suspicious. Maybe the very last time I visit this store.

This place used to be the best dispensary in Tucson. Unfortunately, since change in ownership, management, policies and more. They have thrown all customer service out the door. Nicole "Manager" is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional and has officially turned our business elsewhere. There delivery times and website is inaccurat. They have inconsistent customer service. Highly recommend shopping around. *Aaron and Marty are both awesome with delivery, professionalism and customer service.

Terrible customer service spent around 5 minutes asking questions about the product and what was in stock. Then associate raised their voice and tone to me. was being treated poorly for not instantly knowing what I want to buy? Thats your job to help me! instead it felt as if I was the problem in the store. Don't recommend!

I've been coming to this dispensary for 4 years now because it's the closest to my house. I've had good experiences here with the staff all this time. After my last couple visits I will not return again and will be going elsewhere. Fire the annoying girl who tells you in the back in a rude tone to put your phone away, treats you like you're stupid and taps on the sign that says "no phones" like you can't read, and stares you down until you put it away. My bf was trying to text me back and check his cashapp because his sale transaction didn't go through (his card was locked) and this b*tch grilled him saying he can't text me? LMFAO. girl go f*ck yourself. This wasn't the first time she's been on us about our phones, last time I was there I was checking out with a DIFFERENT employee and was checking something on my phone and she came over just to tell me to get off my phone. I'm not a child and you're not my teacher telling me to put my phone away in class. If I need to CHECK my BANK because I'm making a f***ing PURCHASE then I'm going to do that and ignore you. On a real note this dispensary is mid. It's convenient, has basic stuff, but nothing exciting or unique is sold here. Every pen I've purchased here has broken and started leaking half way through. Every single one, and I've tried a lot of them.. Their in-house weed is just ok, smells like skunk & has a nasty taste. I went to another dispensary for the first time in years, instantly noticed the difference in quality like NIGHT AND DAY.That employee lost you a long time loyal customer. I won't be back and will make sure to tell my friends & family to stay away from here as well.

I wish that I had something good to say about this dispensary, but there is nothing good about it. Prices are high, quality is average. Management is the worst in Tucson.

I have to say I'm a regular customer at Nature Med and I have never been so disappointed by the service tonight I waited in the lobby thirty minutes and still didn't receive my order because I was forgotten maybe you guys should consider keeping all lines open till closing or have a better system because incidents like this, can lose customers. There are plenty of other dispensaries. Wouldn't given no stars but that's not an option!!!!!!!!
