I took my grandma for lunch- she loved it! Grandma is PICKY She said she got a good recommendation and wanted to go. It was clean and quiet and you are immediately greeted, the staff was very attentive. The menu is fairly priced and has a lot of options, I had a hard time picking something because I wanted it all We got hot tea and it was 10/10, she was asking them where she could buy it.Also there was a Thai sport playing on the TV that grandma and I were super into, who has heard of kick volleyball?? Impressive.

LONG WAIT - BURNT & OILY FOOD**February 15, 2025**THE WAIT...We ordered and waited 45 minutes for our food. After following up, one dish finally arrived. The second? Another 15 minutes later.THE FOOD...The Cantonese Chow Mein was swimming in oil and completely flavorless. We sent it back. The Pad Thai? Burnt. Out of sheer embarrassment, we nibbled, paid, and left.THE SERVICE...Friendly at first, but just like other reviews (which we unfortunately didn't read beforehand), we were completely forgotten. The people who ordered TO-GO were complaining! "I've been waiting for an hour since it said it was ready for pick up!" THE AMBIANCE...Unremarkable. If the food had been good, we could've overlooked it. Sadly, everything just made horrible sense.CAVEAT I don't leave bad reviews! Check my page! This place is just not good. I marvel at the positive reviews I've read wondering to myself if we have eaten at the same place or if these sweet folks have taste buds. CAVEAT 2The owner/operator seems to reply back to all reviews... No need.

Absolutely Phenomenal Thai Cuisine!Wow--there are truly no words to fully capture the quality, taste, and flavor of this incredible Thai restaurant. I've traveled to many countries, dined in countless places, and I can honestly say I have never had better Thai food.I ordered the Pad Thai, and my friend had the Thai Fried Rice--both were absolutely exceptional. The flavors were bold, rich, and layered in ways I had never experienced before. Every bite was bursting with authentic, well-balanced flavors that left me in awe. I never expected to find the best Thai food I've ever had right here in Tucson--but here I am, completely shocked and pleasantly surprised.The restaurant was busy the entire time we were there, with takeout orders constantly coming in and a dining room full of happy customers. The service was just as impressive as the food--our waitress was fantastic, and even the trainee shadowing her was incredibly attentive. They never missed a beat, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Thai food at its finest. I live in Sacramento, and it's honestly sad that I'll have to travel to Tucson just to have great Thai food! I came here to visit my mother in a town two hours away, and now, thanks to Nattha's Bann Thai, Mom will be seeing me more often--you're doing her a favor!If this restaurant ever franchises, sign me up--I'd be first in line to buy one!

Super pleasant staff. Observed a customer who was having some anger issues take out his issue with a food ordering app on the staff... they handled it quite well and professionally. There was no manager on site but they did a great job. The food was good and flavorful. I didn't find the spice level of 3/5 spicy... it was medium... but several at the table mentioned their level 2 was spicy. Ie... if you are not used to Thai food or spicy food... play it safe with a 1. Reasonably priced menu.

Our first time trying Thai food and we were very happy we chose this restaurant. The employees were all very efficient and happy. The restaurant was clean. The food was very good. We just had the lunch menu and the portions were big! Will we go back?? Yes we will!!

I stopped here again for lunch. I got the green curry with tofu again. This time I got it pretty spicy (level 4). It was so good! I started sweating and my nose started running. This is definitely one of the best Thai places I've had in Tucson.

Such good food!!! I enjoyed spending time here with my family as we enjoyed the delicious Thai food. The servers were quite attentive and filled our drinks on a regular basis. The portions were pretty generous, and there was a lot of good flavor in the food. The restaurant has a very relaxed ambience to it so it's a good place to come and spend time with family and to eat delicious food. We will definitely be back!

What an absolute nightmare. The to go ordering is broken beyond description. Any to go orders take at least 90 minutes to fulfill. They are incredibly unhelpful and offer no solutions to the fact that they accepted your order but can't make it. As I wait inside and type this it is a parade of angry people whose orders have been lost, mismade, or otherwise forgotten. The patrons are getting up and walking into the kitchen to try and attempt to find anyone in this dystopian godforsaken place. They will be left wanting, they have been forgotten and abandoned. I love Thai food. I have never had a worse restaurant experience possibly anywhere, in my entire 35 years of existence. Avoid. Avoid at all costs. You will be forgotten. When you eventually die of malnutrition they will probably just leave your body there as a totem of warning to other potential guests. Good luck

Food was excellent but service was very slow, over 30 minutes. Was a tipical small restaurant and lacked any ambiance. Many must have thought it was fantastic because it was packed with obvious regulars.
