Excellent service! None of this going back multiple times, for correction to fit or prescription, like the cheap optical "deal" shops.

So I use the Arizona Eyecare Associates for my eye care needs and they have this office inside their building. I have to say that the man that owns this business is extremely rude. I was on my lunch break from work (which is only 45 mins) and I stopped in 5 minutes to noon. As I stepped into his area I saw him. He looked at his watch and before saying anything, said, "It is 5 minutes until noon and I really need to take my lunch break." I replied, I already know what I want but then decided that for this reaction I would prefer to take my business elsewhere and replied, "I'll buy them somewhere else." The second time I went back after searching for similar frames many different places and the guys response was only a little different. When I walked in he again, looked at his watch and then asked how he could help me. You can imagine my surprise. I found the glasses I thought I wanted and then discovered they weren't the right ones. He provided me with the information for the company that makes the glasses I wanted on a business card after discovering they had been discontinued.Needless to say this guy needs some help with his customer service skills. I will not be returning to his nook for anything.
