Dr. Reichardt is so knowledgeable and kind. I have a special needs son who has terrible anxiety about going to the dr and when he had, what I suspected was pink eye, we were lucky enough to get in to see Dr Reichardt. She made my son feel at ease and was so patient. Unlike most medical professionals, she takes her time and really cares about the individual. I'm so grateful to her for her kindness, expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend National Eye and Ear, we will be patients for life!

The staff here is really nice. I went in for an eye exam and they did a lot of tests that my old optometrist never did. For the first time ever I was able to get a distance prescription that I can see clearly with and didn't give me a headache, so the doctor seems to be doing it right!

Dr. Christina Reichardt and her staff are absolute professionals with master class customer service and patient care. I came in with eye pain after just being misdiagnosed by urgent care. She was extremely careful and thorough, found the metel in my eye and extracted it. I will now and forever recommend everyone i know to her and her practice. A huge THANK YOU to her and her team!!

Wow the worst experience ever , my husbands prescription was so strong he had to have them reduced. Then on mine I have 2 prescriptions one for the computer and one for everyday. Then they made them both the computer glasses. Then my lenses started cracking from the top on both lenses. Went in and talked to the girl at the desk and said she would check with someone in back came back out and said they would replace them even though they are out of warranty. This was 1 week or so before thanksgiving. I have called like 3-4 times and always there gonna call me back when they finally did now they say they won't do it cuz they are out of warranty but now I've waited so long each one of the lenses have 4-5 cracks and just getting longer Lesson learned get it in writing from the girl at the front desk

Dr. Reichardt is the best. She is wonderful with our son who has special needs and our whole family. She is extremely knowledgeable, genuine and has a heart of Gold. The whole staff makes you feel like family. So grateful to have found this amazing office.

When I first started seeing Dr. Reichardt, I had very poor eye sight & a severe astigmatism. My astigmatism was so bad I couldn't have surgery to correct my vision. Dr. Reichardt suggested vision shaping lenses. You wear the lenses while you sleep and it corrects your vision. I am now seeing 20/20 and my astigmatism is gone. Dr Reichardt and these lenses have been amazing, as my job is not ideal for glasses. Before going here I was on my way to not being able to wear contacts at all. I highly recommend National Eye and Ear and Dr. Reichardt.

I live in Maryland and come back to visit Tucson every summer with my family. We always get our eyes checked out by Dr. Christina. My kids absolutely love her. I was dx with Sjögrens at age 17 and she is very knowledgeable and up to date on all things dealing with that. I have known Dr. Gosses and Dr. Christina Reichardt for many, many years. My husband and I have been using National Eye and Ear for over 15 years. I would absolutely recommend National Eye and Ear for anything Eye related. The office staff is super friendly and helpful.

I am disappointed in my experience with National Eye and Ear of Tucson. I first started coming to this National Eye and Ear to get gas permeable contact lenses about 4 years ago. After trying to get my prescription correct for over a year, I gave up and accepted using the GP lenses without completely correcting my vision. There was no option for a refund at this point. I went back to wearing contacts. After getting my most recent eye exam, the doctor sent me away with a contact sample. The sample she sent me away with did not account for my astigmatism. I went back to the office and she immediately corrected the issue and provided me with a sample at the correct prescription but the incorrect brand, just to try out the prescription with the astigmatism. This prescription worked. I called the office and asked for them to order the contacts with the correct prescription in the brand I use. The office ordered my contacts in the correct brand without the astigmatism... I didnt realize until I had already tried the contacts that they didnt account for the astigmatism. It is now an additional $300 to get the correct prescription contact lenses. I dont know why the office would order my contacts WITHOUT the astigmatism. Why would they send me away multiple times without accounting for my astigmatism? Unfortunately, I will be finding a new optometrist. After having failed with my GP lenses and now not replacing my contacts after being told they would take care of it, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
