Let's start with the good (since it's a much shorter list): the staff was friendly and competent.Moving on to the problems:- They will send housekeeping to your room once every *five days*. Want your room cleaned more often? That's an extra charge.- If you need to change your reservation at all? You have to make a new reservation. And no refunds under any circumstances.- They often run out of staples like coffee, conditioner and toilet paper.- The walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin. We heard literally everything our neighbors next to us and above us were doing. We heard every step our upstairs neighbors made.- The thermostat was really wonky. We set it to 75 heat and it was freezing. At night we set it to 67 A/C and were boiling.- The shower has extremely low pressure. Be prepared to spend an extra 10 minutes just rinsing soap off your body with the trickle of water coming out of the showerhead. The place is cheap but not a bargain. Book elsewhere.

Great room, nice and clean. Kitchenette is a great touch. Bring your own food to make it's a bit pricey on site but convenient if needed. Staff was super friendly and inviting! Cannot say enough about them. Real nice room, quiet, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

We spent the most miserable night at this hotel. Granted, it's a brand-new facility and very clean...but the builders must have cut corners as the place was extremely noisy. The doors slam shut, there are not soft-closing doors here -- so one is jarred awake with every slam up and down the hall. Also, we were on the ground floor and the inconsiderate cretin above us stomped around from about 9 p.m. until 1:30 a.m. We had to be up at 4:30 a.m. and that kept us awake, so that didn't give us much of a decent night's sleep. Needless to say, we were not refreshed when we left the room that morning.I requested a room near the lobby as I am on crutches, but we still had to walk quite a ways to get to our room. It's doubtful that we'll book this place again when in Tucson. It's beyond me why builders don't use extra insulation between floors when constructing hotels, but people who are on second (or whatever floors) should also attempt to move around more discreetly.
