My Honda GoldWing was due for a service and additional work. Set up an appointment to drop the vehicle off, had the work done and kept in contact even after three months waiting for a replacement windshield. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with regards to exactly what I needed for my 2008 GoldWing.I normally don't go to the dealership for parts and service but this time I'm glad I did. I was completely satisfied with the work that I had done. I plan on being a return customer as needed.

Bought a Honda cmx1100 ,, prices are on bike and no surprises or crazy add ons like other dealers , I highly recommend this dealer, and parts guys are friendly and knowledgeable,,, buying experience was awesome here compared to other dealers , check out the old bike collection here , one brought me back to my second bike I ever purchased.

Musselman (We only work on new bikes) Service. My 1985 Honda broke down, called Musselman, they won't take it!!??!!.. They only work on "newer" motorcycles. How "new" is "new"??? Does Honda know their only dealer in Tucson won't work on Honda's??? (Older Hondas). Has motorcycle tech changed so much that they don't recognize what they're looking at? Maybe they think it burns kerosene and has a hand crank starter?? Maybe their techs have just graduated from Pima and haven't the experience of that "old guy"? Maybe all their service manuals before 2015 got lost in the "Great Fire"?A Honda service center that won't work on Hondas ???? Seriously???----------After some consideration I have to allow for parts availability...Can't repair a bike if you can't get the parts....probably an issue for bikes of a "certain age"--just like people.

WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG"If you see this an read this. This is real.If I wanted anyone to read this, I had to rate high. But as of the customer that got F###ed-over, you will relate to this. I have gone to the lowest and saw that many of us have been taken by this company. For myself, I cannot stop their shaddy ways. ( to the ones they have done this to you know.)Took my 250 cbr to have my new tires put on. They call say I need a chain. For 108. Sounds good. Oh beforehand the bike ran smoothly to quit. Way quit. Got bike later in the day they were closing up. I paid my bill. But when it started it was loader. They told me that it be a bit loader. But louder did not mean that my 250 cbr that just last year hard a good check up. Just needed a filter, tires an a chain. I called them up their like we did not touch the engine. Now mind you an oil chain was done at a shop. Their mechanic test drove the 250 cbr. His words " it sounded smoth when he rode it to the back. Then road it 2 miles for the chain.So he is the last one on it he rode it last. Know my bike is f#@ked. No bike to ride. Oh ya they are trying to say that Ride Now put the filter in wrong. Not likely.So talk to them an noting. They say it's on me. But I feel if the mechanic test drives a car bike anything an something happens to it they are at falt. Ask any company dealership, auto shops. Do not bring you bikes anything to them if you ever want to ride it again. He blew my engine. Owner does not give a f##ck an will blam the customers.

Just bought a new Honda bike here. Sales staff was great, no bullshit fees, and I was in and out fast. Would definitely recommend buying here over other Honda dealers in Tucson. Thanks Steve!

If you want a dealership that won't give you any BS and not over charge like others this is the place to go. There inventory moves quickly but it's worth the wait. I've bought 2 bikes from them so far and will be coming back for more.

Great customer service, had exactly what I needed.Called ahead of time to see if they had a part for my dirt bike and sure enough they did. Very nice over the phone, he remembered the phone call when I came in as well and grabbed what I needed right away, super quick service.

I have had great experiences with Mike in the Service Department. He looks out for you as a customer by giving good recommendations but also letting you know when it's unnecessary to do certain fixes, or let's you know a good time in the future to work on those. He and his Department provide timely service also, and is communicative with you as a customer. I've been very satisfied all around with the business.

Interesting... Shopping for a new side x side. Went into Musselman to check out the Talon back last December...So I bought a new Talon in January... Not pushy on the sales... Almost exact opposite of other S x S dealers. Took delivery in mid January.In February bought $500+ on parts and accessories. The parts guys were great and saved me a bunch of money with their suggestions... A real pleasure to deal with folks the know what they are talking about!!Finally, I had my unit in for the initial service yesterday. Made an appointment about two weeks previous. I dropped off the unit at 7:30 and it was done by 10:30AM. The price and free advice was excellent...So, Musselman is my surprise of the year. I found a great place to do business!! Granted, this is only four months or so... But my gut tells me this is a good place!Highly recommended by me.
