Mule Mountain Pest Control

We have been very satisfied with Mule Mountain Post Control. The techs are courteous and friendly. They listen to your issues and address them. It's nice to see fewer or no insects inside and you find them on the perimeter or your home and not moving! If they find an issue or possible concern they bring it to your attention so you can take either take action, or have them, before it becomes a problem. A great value for the peace of mind you receive.

Very affordable service. The technician is always timely, professional, and cordial. Any time I have had to call the office and/or email, I get a prompt response. Highly recommend the company.

We live out in Hereford where there are plenty of bugs, scorpions, mice, everything you can think of! We have tried three different pest control services and Mule Mountain is BY FAR the most reliable in town and has the best prices too. We always have our technician Miguel text us when he's on our way, since I have a little baby it's always great to know when he's going to show up. He's always super informative about their services and makes sure our garage and sides of our house are always good to go. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs pest control for their home!

I have always had great, timely and courteous service from Mule Mountain Pest Control. The chemicals do not smell, the providers are quick to educate us on how long to keep our pets indoors, and our service people are always friendly. Always. I have never had attitude or a bad experience from the technicians. It makes me so happy to have no bugs with no hassles.

They never responded to the request for service. I got an email that they had received the request then nothin.

Stephen is always on time and asks me if we have any concerns and what, if any, activity we've noticed since our last service. He's knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in completing our pest control and now weed control service in a timely manner. Had the horrifying experience of finding a scorpion in the sheets when I stripped the bed. Made an on-line request for an estimate. One week later still no response from Mule Mountain.Given the situation, I contacted Truly Nolan the next day -- and had someone at my door 2 hours later. Can't say how good Mule Mountain service is -- but a company that doesn't respond promptly, doesn't want -- nor deserve -- my business

After doing our own Pest Control for sometimewe decided we needed professional help. So we gave Mule Mountain a try and are so glad we did. Matt is our technician and he is thorough and always prompt and reliable. He discovered some areas that had termite infestation and treated them. He also explains what he is doing and shows us things to watch for. We highly recommendMule Mountain for all your pest control needs!

Update: Our opinion of Mule Mountain has gone down, not up, since I wrote this review. Our rodent problem has not been solved and there has not once been someone who has said "let's see what we can do about it." We have given them plenty of money, I have had to do most of the exclusion work and we still have the problem. I have had lengthy conversations with them on the phone, and despite the response to my review, there has not been any misunderstanding or miscommunication. Bottom line: if you want to solve a rodent problem, I highly suggest looking for someone else. We found a company that seems to want to stop the problem, not just charge us a monthly fee. At least that's given us some hope.
