MPG Auto Glass

I called yesterday to make an appointment for getting the chip fixed on my windshield. Angel was able to get me in this morning for repair. The repair took approximately 15 minutes, and then I was on my way. Angel is very professional and and friendly. I will definitely return When I need a new windshield!

If I could give a higher rating I definitely would. Angel was so responsive after missing my initial call. Once we were able to converse he broke everything down to me that I would be getting with the new replacement glass which included any chip repairs. Christian was the tech that came out. He was very prompt and gave me quality work. The price was not the lowest estimate that I received but I was and will always be happy with the choice to go with this company and would highly recommend them for fast and reliable service.

I am ultimately impressed with MPG Auto Glass! I had to have my daughter's car repaired in Tucson, and live in another part of AZ. At the very end of the process, Mark at MPG Automotive on Campbell (who is AMAZING, SEE MY OTHER REVIEW) suggested that MPG Auto Glass could help.Jordan, from MPG Auto Glass, contacted me. She was ultimately professional!!! She walked me through the process a few minutes before we called my insurance together. She even explained that since I have full glass coverage (which everyone should have in AZ), they could lower the repair cost of my car!!! I am in my 50s, and have dealt with MULTIPLE auto glass companies throughout the years. I have never had a more professional, quicker, more responsive auto glass company help me!!! The entire process was completed in 5 minutes, and she even arranged to get the windshield replaced the first thing the next morning before my daughter picked up her repair. She gave me instructions over the phone (which they left with the car) and even had the technician use "quick set" glue so that my daughter could drive her car on the freeway an hour after the windshield was replaced. Jordan even called the Monday after the Saturday repair to make sure that we were happy with everything!!! Very, very professional company!

Rented a car on Turo and noticed a rock chip on my windshield on a Saturday morning. Called MPG and Angel was able to squeeze me in on his busy schedule. He was commutative and punctual. Upon arrival he was friendly and courteous. Chip was repaired and you're not even able to tell where the damage was. Thank you Angel for coming to my rescue. 5 stars all day long.

Great service!!I have a 2018 Honda Accord.The blind side system would not turn on. I tried everything and no luck. I called them. I got a same day appointment and they fixed it in a hour.Very professional service by great people. Jason is the manager. He knows the automotive repair business. His technician is Jeff. He did awesome job for me. I recommend them strongly.

Incredible. Great. Professional. Responsive. and FREE!!! Yea, that's what I thought when I called for a windshield chip repair on TWO of my cars. Well, I thought my insurance would cover the repairs if I had to pay. Well, MPG's STANDARD service for windshield chip repair is genuinely FREE. No money. Complimentary. WOW. As it turned out, one of my windshields had cracked out to the edge and was unrepairable and had to be replaced. Insurance took care of that, and MPG replaced it with original equipment glass later that same day.BUT WAIT - THERE'S MORE. When the replacement windshield was installed, MPG Glass gave me a $50 Visa Gift Card!. So here's the math:(1) chip repair: $0.00(1) windshield replacement: $0.00(1) $50 Visa Gift CardNeed glass?
